As much as I love stamping, it is honestly a pain in the butt to master. I am so jealous of those people who can do the filled in/layered stamping designs, because that seems like so much work. 😬 I might have to try an ombré type design for 4th of July (I currently have V&G Moonlight on my nails, and it’s looking too plain, haha). What are your all time favorite black and white dips? I found out, the hard way, that I’m allergic to gel polish. 😩 After loving gel for years, it’s hard to accept. Thankfully, I have dip to fall back on. Now I need to start building up my dip collection a bit more. I’m in need of some basic colors!
It does take time to find your rhythm and it can take a few attempts (as you saw from my mess lol) but sometimes it’s worth the time! Fave blacks are this one (epic black from YN) and iGel at midnight. Fave white of all time is baby powder from iGel.
Question: so when you stamp over dip, you stamp over the dip once you activate and buff? And do you always have to use a gel top coat or can you use the dip top coat?
Marla do you have sparkle & co subscription bag? Can you so the new June mermaid theme one that just came out please? I'm curious on that inatant mermaid glitter.
I actually don’t do the sparkle sub bags anymore - I’m getting buried alive in dip powder 😂 but I’m sure if you check in the sparkle and co Facebook group, you’ll find oodles of pics of it!

You will!! It took me a solid year before I got the hang of it.
Quick question on the filing. You had the fan thing off while doing hand filing and on while doing the filing. Why is that?
It was on! The on indicator is on the side panel so you can’t see it from the top view. And with lighting/film, it’s super hard to see but it was on.
