You know DEI hires don't just apply to black people right? Theres women,gay/trans people,asians, latino etc. Shes called a DEI hire because she is awful at her job and her experience means nothing when she used her power in a corrupt way. People focus on the fact that she's "black" and a women, more than her actual qualifications. This claim that saying "DEI hire is racist" is just a way to shut down any opposition or questions about someones actual qualifications for a job and gaslight people into not thinking about it
