Awesome upgrade. I just have a question: Can this make the Trick Pedals's beaters hit the center of the bass drum head?

Looking for the same answer, great pedals but thats the main annoyance .... the beaters does not hit the center, I use a 26" bass drum and it is more evident!

I think your bass drum is too large for it but the bass plate is an accessory that you attach to your bass drum and you can slide the pedals to hit in the center@@jamesnikki5

@@RcKDrUmm3R What do you mean with bass plate? the product of this video? or the stock one? I tried to slide the stock one to fit the center, not much success... Also I am indeed aware that a 26 is too large but it does not forbid me to look for a solution.

@@jamesnikki5 no look it up it’s a product called bass plate and it attaches to your bass drum so you can slide the pedal to be more in the center of the head. Don’t know if they make a 26 inch version though

yeah, the spring clamp on stock pedals doesn't work for smaller bass drums.

Did you put the spikes in because the left pedal was sliding? Even with the Velcro stickers on them?

Thanks for the reply, I'm thinking of getting these pedals, but I will buy some of the Axis pedals Velcro they stick to any surface really well

depending on what you have now, you'll feel uncomfortable playing the trick pedals for a little while, but they really will blow you away once you get used to them

only thing i would say to be careful about them (other than they don't come with anything to hold the left pedal steady in a double bass set up) is maybe be careful with the rubber pads that go around the hoop. after about 3 weeks or so i noticed the pedal attached to my kick drum would tilt at an angle when i'm about halfway in a song. turns out one of the rubber pads had a big piece broken off of it. i just got some velcro to go under the main pedal as well as the slave pedal and it works fine now. depending on what surface you're playing on i would say get spikes as well if its like rubber or foam mats

Thanks for the advice much appreciated, yeah I'm currently using Axis A longboards doubles, I have 2 pairs of these pedals and both heel blocks are sloppy and loose, very anouying as each of these pedals have different heel blocks one is supposed to be the newer better design and yet it is loose also, I know wear comes into play after X amount of years but it sucks, bad designed heel blocks
