Couldn't have said it better!!!!! AND what she did to her daughter (PARIS..watch the documentary) is appalling...i can't believe she even talks to her parents today.
@@parisz LOL....we all know the truth...they had the means and power to remove her, not like all the other poor families that went through those horrific "schools".
What’s more disappointing is that the rugs aren’t even that nice they look very cheap and don’t fit in the decor of those rooms at all. I appreciate that everybody has to pay their bills,
this was the worst infomercial. just show the house and then show the rugs in the house don't show the rugs on Homeworhty, it is supposed to be about homes not commercials. that was lame, homeworthy. The house with computers and color stands didn't look like somebody lives there especially when the owner doesn't even know who the dogs are and what they are doing there in the cage. cringe.
I watched her home tour from a few years ago and the rugs she had before were very simple just as these are and were very beachy/woven designs with no prints or anything, so they do kind of match the same vibe of the designs for ruggable she has created.
While I understand, this was an infomercial for her rug collection, her home really doesn’t look like a home. It looks like a hotel, rather cold and impersonal.
Many homes outside homeworthy look like hotels. But they are hotel owners. Looks like that's their style & they are so passionate (hotel minded) that even their home looks hotel like. I am super surprised too. I was expecting something totally different. But to each their home.
This Ruggable ad is disgusting and disrespectful to the subscribers. This video wasn’t Homeworthy. All the rugs looked out of place from all point of views. There’s no way in the world she’ll mixed ruggable rugs with all of her fine home decor, Arts, and custom furnishings. Shame on the Hiltons.
If you watch her home tour from a few years ago, the rugs are not that different from the ones she had there before, which were very basic and simple beachy woven rugs that were one flat color.
No wonder their favourite hotel is Claridges in London (which is quite ironic given they are hotel owners)! It certainly has a much homier feel that this house. This is SOULESS. Two beautiful women (let's be honest) in expensive dresses, selling rugs in a large, expensive showroom. Somebody at Homeworthy is asleep at the wheel. Come on Homeworthy, do not insult your following or you will lose us. This is really rather disgusting! Not to mention that I would never swap out my Iranian Tabriz for their "washable, inexpensive" rug. The most insulting thing is that these 2 think they are selling to the poor masses when in fact they are selling to people who are passionate about their homes, who may not pay top dollar for furniture but collect it with an eye for style and curate with intention. Wrong audience for this advertisement. They should have done their marketing research and Homeworthy should have known better too.
Not a fan of this ad, no offense to either of them but they're not very good at selling anything. Stick to what you know, marrying rich. Unfortunately this was very awkward and out of place you just know immediately that they would never have any of these ruggables in their home. Plus Kathy not even knowing her daughter's dogs is just weird to me. This whole video just seemed like a jumbled mess. I will say the outside of the home looked beautiful, on the glass table was the only thing I liked. I hope this channel doesn't go in this direction, this was not a home tour at all.
I just watched her home tour from a few years ago and the rugs she had before were just beachy woven rugs that were not too different at all from what she designed.
I really wanted to disagree with the negative comments as I love this channel (and have no strong opinions about the Hilton family) but I can’t, this was awful; borderline unwatchable.
I guess they are just plugging the rugs. What is funny is that the new rugs look strange in a house so expensive.. houses at this level have antique or custom made rugs, these look out of place. I’m sure they swapped them as soon as the video shoot was completed. Homeworthy, your brand deserves better than this cheap rug infomercial.
Kathy I love how passionate you are. I love that you have things that you love and that they bring you joy. When you told the story of your mother's style of furniture and decor I could relate because I remember the taste, and style of my grandmother and there's something really special and sentimental about those memories. We hold the elders and the ones before us, the wise ones as sacred and there's something comforting about having a story or piece of them with us or around us for me it's a certain wall paper or a 80's light blue carpet that reminds me of my grandmother. Thanks for sharing I really hope you have many sales with the carpets they are absolutely gorgeous.
Hilton rugs, shocker!! The rugs don’t match the colors or decor with this much money I’d expect the rugs to match, not a fan of the Hilton’s nor there rugs 😏
I wondered when seeing this, why ever would the Hiltons show us this house? Well now I know why. Had to stop at 6:32 when conversation turned to a rug for sale, yet AGAIN. This long advertisement is an insult. Please have more respect for our time.
IDK what it is but I like Kathy Hilton ! She seems like a real person she doesn't come across arrogant, a cool mom and just down to earth....Beautiful home Mrs. Hilton (imo).
Kathy is unhinged and iconic. You know 30 seconds after filming she was like "get this sh*t out of my house!" The round rug under a $10,000 table. Hysterical.
This IS good taste. People with money and class, family history aka ‘old money people ‘don’t follow trends, don’t flash and ‘flex’. It isn’t perhaps most interesting design wise but it most certainly isn’t bad taste.

Before I even heard them mention Ruggable and realized it was an advertisement, I thought yikes those sure are odd looking rugs. Ruggable is a neat product in certain situations but come on, not for a living room in a Bel-Air estate. 🙄 Maybe in front of the kitchen sink or in a mud room, or like Nicky said in her daughter’s room.

I was going to say that it was so nice of the Hiltons to allow us a glimpse into their CA mansion, but I couldn't finish watching the video. This tour was so sales heavy. I guess that I don't like the obvious pushing of products from people, that quite frankly don't really need any more money. It's such a huge home and I feel like rooms were left out. Unlike so many other Homeworthy tours, this one felt more commercial and less personal. Oh, well... on to the next Homeworthy video!
I love this. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Mz. Hilton's. You did a wonderful job of decorating. I adore the color baby blue. Blue and white is one of my favorite color combinations. The blush dinning room is gorgeous! I love the trellis on the wall, it's so romantic! I love your whole house.
I think the ladies were very gracious. And. I felt good after seeing the video because I realize that wealth doesn't mean good taste or great style. I love my own decor even more now.
I have only just recently found Home Worthy and really enjoy it, but today, no, please don’t have anymore adverts for peoples products. I’m really put off.
I love the Hiltons (for some odd reason), but at the SAME time, every comment, that I read, because I always read the comments after I watch a VIDEO is so true! I love HOMEWORTHY, as I want to one day be on it and I am getting IDEAS for my home too, but this was NOT one of your best features if I must say so...Oh MY!!
I re-watched this video. The advertisements cut out sections of the video with their ads. The missing sections then appeared when I rewound and re-watched it. I love this video. Ms. Hilton is so very passionate about making a beautiful house for her family. She put a rug in the entryway to cut down on the noise when her family congregates in the foyer to talk. I think this shows how passionate she is about making her family happy. I love her style. I think she did a great job decorating her house. I then read the comments, again for the second or third time. I think perhaps what has happened is that the editors have posted certain versions of this film, only for certain people to watch. The only way we could know for certain is if we had an opportunity to compare notes about exactly what we saw on screen.
I love watching the channel because of the passionate stories behind the designs from different home owners. This felt a bit off... I always felt like the channel is a gem for information for those that love thrifting and DIY designs.. kinda hard to get affordable/helpful design ideas from the ultra rich... This is the first Homeworthy video I was unable to watch to the end. Homeworthy has mislead us into thinking this was a house tour when in fact it was an infomercial.
The black and white rug on the deck is perfect. This is a home decorating principle I learned from watching Home and Garden television when we had cable TV. Put the coffee table on top of the centerpiece rug, and face both of them lengthwise in the room. It visually anchors the room. It's perfect on your deck. It feels like a room on the deck. I love it.
Its bad bc its strictly set up to sell these rugs that dont fit in. This is not how her home has been set up in other videos & she straight out awkwardly said it.

Complete bore. Even an insult. I've spent more time reading the comments bc I thought I'd never feel this way about Homeworthy. Many others do apparently.
Kathy and Nicky are gorgeous! I ordered the Delphina rug from Ruggable for my sun room. I have two doggies that love 💕 this room. I just received it and absolutely love 💕 it! It’s the perfect pattern and color. It also comes with a rubber rug pad to protect the floor. I’m so excited when I need to spruce it up. It can go right in the washing machine.

Love Homeworthy, but this one I have no interest in at all! Looks very boring
How did I click on an AD open door and get this homeworthy Rug ad????
What?! There is not rug in the swimming pool? That really shows a lack of imagination.

Home unworthy 😢. Well a lot of us sure feel the same…hope they are reading the comments.
