Christina, your shoulders are beautiful. Anyone who thinks rounded, well-developed delts should be hidden, well, you don't need to worry about their opinion.
I dont think it is about the shoulders, it'sabout the total look. She can wear what she wants but in general, the horizontal/tube/square neckline suits her better
1) you’re hot AND cool 2) your hair looks great 3) I think the racer back tank looks great on you. You’re trim, your arms look fit……perfect! 4) love those black kitten heel sandals 😍
More videos like this please!!! I love how you talk about your clothes - how it fits, how it feels, and how YOU feel wearing them. I feel like I have a better relationship with my clothes than being influenced by trends
Christina, I love the way your muscular upper body looks in your high neck tanks…show it off, you have worked hard for those beautiful muscles. I wear high neck ribbed tanks all the time…I have straight, angular shoulders and my friends say I look better in spaghetti strap scoop necks, but don’t care, wear what you like, confidence is everything! Your hair is stunning!!!
I am loving the look of crisp shirts on women - so I wear them, too. In pure linen, which is the only fabric bearable in the heat of Sicily where I live. Luckily I like ironing! Most of the time, I am on a pedal bike, so I add shorts - also preferably in linen. Recently I got a super pair of longer pleated shorts in chocolate brown. Not quite bermudas, but a good length for a 70-year-old. I tuck in the shirt or tie it in a knot; then add a belt to dress it up. However, I went for a walk yesterday evening. Put on a cropped striped racer back ribbed top, with white linen wide leg jeans. A guy gave me an appreciative look, nearly falling off his bike 😅
😉Wow! 🚲That's quite a compliment💥! Brava! You must be doing something right. Confidence & being comfortable in your own skin & personal style is very ⚡️sexy⚡️& appealing. I'm 💯% w/you on razorback tanks〰️esp. paired w/a slightly more voluminous bottom. I'm strictly 🚫cleavage, so I like showing a bit of shoulder & arms instead. Plus, in my hot climate🥵 wearing sleeves can almost be as repugnant as full length pants😂. Soft, drapey fabrication is everything for me year round in sunny 😎SoCal. Battle w/highly structured garments. Tailoring can add to my misery in our extreme climate. 🎉Breathable cottons, moisture wicking sporty/tech fabrics, linen blends, gauzy fabrics, & lots of rayon🎉. Enjoy wearing lightweight denim dresses & chambray shirts, but jeans👖 are not a part of my wardrobe. Once the mercury rises🌡, I can barely tolerate my denim vest🤣. 😊It's mostly skirts/skorts for me from late Spring thru early Fall. Dresses follow next. Followed by some cropped pants〰️shorts for @home🏡 & hiking⛰️. Hem lengths from the bottom of my calf to ankle preferred for going out & about. Straight cut or slightly wide full length trousers can sometimes work. ❤Love a classic button up, but they don't always love my extreme proportions⏳️. Do like knotting open a slouchy button up &/or using a slightly more tailored one as a lightweight shacket over a body-con tank. Long slouchy sleeves suit me best in the heat. Prefer sleeves rolled or cuffed up the arm for comfort. Plus, they offer some sun☀️ protection. Enjoy these last days of Spring! 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
I love your videos. I'm an older person, and learning a lot from you. One is never too old to learn how to improve their style! Thank you so much. You're terrific. :-)
I was about to comment the same thing! Love the new hair and you looking amazing- it really is noticeable on the Sustain This clips and that is with two other beautiful women.
My favourite fabric for summer is viscose - it's breatheable, but also feels cool on the skin and it flows when I walk, creating a draft of air on the skin, which is very useful in the heat.
Once I started getting more muscle definition in my arms, I found myself loving high neck tanks. Its nice to see your hard work from the gym start to show. They look great on you. Also as much as I want to be a tshirt girly I gravitate towards sleeveless tops. Its easier to layer and not overheat in the summer. Plus t-shirts never lay flat when I layer.
I’m starting to work on my arms at a ripe age of 51, and I really need to wear sleeveless where I am as it’s 100 degrees so even if they are not toned I don’t care. But I am trying!
I appreciated this video so much! I loved seeing your summer capsule. Great tips and examples of outfits. I’d like to find a pair of white denim and a lighter, looser pair of denim to replace my dark wash. I’ll be hitting up the thrift store soon. Seeing you wear neutrals during the summer with lots of black helps me because I too wear mostly navy and black. 😊
You look lovely in the razorback tanks. I'm always so excited for your videos. You inspire me to be more intentional in my fashion, home and spending. We may have very different aesthetics, but I always learn from you.
This hairstyle suits you very well. You look very beautiful in this video. The theme of the video is also just on right time, because summer is here. Greetings!
This vid was so satisfying; thank you Christina! That tube dress with the jacket and Flattered kitten heels; as well as the Cos poplin skirt with the side slit are chef’s kiss! 😘
Yes to maxi skirts/dresses & layering a lightweight t-shirt over a tank dress! I am a big fan of 32° items, its "Cool" line for warm/hot weather...it's moisture wicking, built-in bras in many tanks, tank dresses, etc. Bonus: the cool sleep t's look more like a v neck t's, not sleepwear! (The Warm line is also a favorite: just related to this video content. 😉😊)
I find loose fitting dresses in woven linen or cotton are the coolest option for summer, better than skirts because they do not necessarily hug the waist as much. And I also use a shirt as a layer to protect from the sun. For the same purpose, I wish someone made unlined jackets in linen or cotton, especially cropped - has anyone seen anything like that?
I agree.❤ Another fabric I like in the summer is a rayon spandex Jersey knit. Cotton poplin is my favorite but it's not as easy to find as I would like. I went to a massive thrift store and looked at all of the button up long sleeve tops And found a white cropped one that is working well for me with my summer dresses. I have a longer one that I tie at the waist to make it cropped. I also found one in a light blue Chambray cotton poplan last year but I had to look at hundreds of tops. It was worth the search though because I don't wear denim jackets in the heat of the summer, only in spring and fall. A few years ago I had a black linen one that I loved but I've lost weight and it's too big I can't make it work anymore.
Looking great! Thanks for the Summer wardrobe tips. Cotton t-shirts and natural fabrics are a must for me in Summer. Gotta keep cool while being hot. I agree! ♥
Lovely pieces. I tend to avoid black and have more navy, soft white, and gray as neutrals. Interestingly, I read that mosquitoes are attracted to dark colors.
Enjoyed this video. I also have clothes in my closet that I haven’t been brave enough to wear, including white jeans. All the items you are trying (the black dress, white jeans, and blue skirt) look great on you and fit in with your style. Your way of explaining things is really helpful. Also your hair looks great too!
Hi try your white jeans with your black or blue buttondown tied at the waist with or without a tank underneath. It might be more wearable than all white. Also you have a great physique but you swamp it with loose/baggy clothes try tight on top with loose on bottom or vice versa. Just suggestions to try but always you do you 😂
Loved the different looks you shared. Don’t listen to the comments about the racer back tanks, you look terrific in them. I wanted to thank you for your channel. I’m picking up a lot of tips from you.
You totally got me into the high neck racerbacks BECAUSE you look so great in them. Prior to that, I was all about the square or v-neck. I like that it gives the opportunity to show skin while having some protection. Definitely have already reached for them on days when I don't want sun
Love your summer capsule! And I appreciate your comment about fabrication being critical for darker bottoms, I have ordered a pair of linen pants because I love my black even in summer!
Great video Christina! Now I have some inspiration to fill some gaps for my summer wardrobe. I love your style and you are looking great just the way you are. ❤ Your hair looks so pretty 😊
I love the look of the Flattered Alva shoulder bag on you! I've had this bag on my Wishlist for a long time. I'd love to see a review or a bit more detail about this bag. In particular, I'm wondering if a thin 15 inch laptop would fit inside in a pinch? It would obviously take away from the slouchy look but still curious if it would fit.
Love this summer capsule! I live in a very hot climate and I’m going to copy this capsule. I always hate summer because I find it hard to come up with ideas for outfits but these are awesome and interesting!
Hi really great content !!! So happy to came across you on YT. I really like your ribbed cotton dress (I have a similar one in my closet) as well as your button downs shirts and all pants :) When it comes to my essentail pieces I pretty much agree with your ideas I would add some linen ensemble containg shorts and maybe a maxi dress. Your dainty sandals and flip flops are like mine. Best regards
Your summer ‘fits are looking good!👍Last year I scored some good linen pieces at thrift and augmented with B&M shopping. They worked a treat for a winter vacation in Florida, and are now into their second summer. First time I’ve had summer clothes last/look good for more than one summer! Linen is one fabric that gets better as it gets older, IMO.❤ Hard to find these days, but tropical weight wool is pretty fantastic. I’ve got one great navy double breasted blazer (thrifted) 100% wool, but can definitely be worn in summer !😅
Love this video, specially since I’m in Miami and everything is usually worn skin tight I love your tips for hot weather. Thanks for making great content
You're not cringe-the beningin(i know its beginning, but i cant get that word in the wrong way out of my head😂) was hot and cool. I dont like summer neither,i just hate it😂 my uniform is a tank/tshirt, a linen or cotton button down and jeans or linen-cotton-mix pants. Now i incorporated a few midi dresses,a tank dress and shirt dresses so i can vary a bit, and the shirt dresses can be worn as a duster, completely open too, love the variety😊 i now noticed the cos dress is the one i have too🤗
Loving those cropped wide legged/loose light wash jeans on you! Eileen Fisher has a great unlined cotton poplin blazer out that is great for summer. Also, just visited Toronto, and really enjoyed vintage shopping in Kensington Market! And the food was amazing!
I love the great outfits you put together .. I struggle for a cool casual look, transitioning from spring to summer.. thanks. And, I love your hair, long. 😊
By the way, your hair looks really pretty. You look fabulous in all of your wardrobe pieces. I particularly think you look beautiful in the spaghetti strap dress (and it has pockets - a win in my eyes) and the navy poplin skirt. Living in Phoenix, Arizona, linen and cotton are essential. I am also embracing wearing shorts more even though I have imperfections in my legs (I am 67). I just want to be comfortable and at the same time chic. My style for shorts is mostly the Bermuda style. Thanks for your style inspiration.
Great video Christina!!! Many staples for me too!!! Are there any other brands you have come across for nice midi/maxi silk skirts? I am on the hunt for some for the summer 😍🤩
My three words are tailored, hippie, chic. Thanks for your interview with the stylish who suggested the three words. They helped me say no so many times while shopping today.
Christina, your shoulders are beautiful. Anyone who thinks rounded, well-developed delts should be hidden, well, you don't need to worry about their opinion.
AMEN! Not an opinion worth paying attention to
I dont think it is about the shoulders, it'sabout the total look. She can wear what she wants but in general, the horizontal/tube/square neckline suits her better
Ditto!
I'm sorry you have people comment that they think something doesn't look good on you. How simply silly. You go girl.
They’re jelly!
22 minutes of fashion talk? You're spoiling us!
💯
1) you’re hot AND cool
2) your hair looks great
3) I think the racer back tank looks great on you. You’re trim, your arms look fit……perfect!

“….wear what you like…” yes Christina
Your hair is looking stunning ❤
The silver earrings are so wonderful with your hair length and makeup! Great video.
You are looking SO fabulously glowing facially - bursting with health.
I was about to comment the same thing! Love the new hair and you looking amazing- it really is noticeable on the Sustain This clips and that is with two other beautiful women.
You look gorgeous with your hair down!
Christina, I agree with the rest of the comments, your shoulders look amazing in those razor cut tops! 😊
I like your hairstyle it suits you very well❤
The black tank dress looked really nice
Bamboo is cool as well, so is hemp.
This partnership goes so hard!!! LOVE 🤩
My favourite fabric for summer is viscose - it's breatheable, but also feels cool on the skin and it flows when I walk, creating a draft of air on the skin, which is very useful in the heat.
Someone commented on your shoulders?? What!!?!? You are super pretty and stylish! Those tank tops look great on you!!
Christina I've been watching your channel for years; you look amazing in racerback tanks. Do not let anyone suggest differently.
Once I started getting more muscle definition in my arms, I found myself loving high neck tanks. Its nice to see your hard work from the gym start to show. They look great on you.

I often wear long linen or cotton shirts for the sun coverage. I also love long linen loose trousers for the same reason.
Just a note: Fabrication is the method of production-how something is made ; fabric refers to the type and content of the material used.
Hear hear found the misuse of the word fabrication instead of fabric(s) slightly jarring 😮
Thank you for your videos!
I love your Coat of arms of Ukraine pendant 💙💛
This was so helpful, as always!!! Your shoulders and arms are beautiful, don’t forget it!
The high neckline racer back compliments you very much! ❤
Long time follower here, never comment on videos but I have to say you look fantastic! Never looked better 😊
I appreciated this video so much! I loved seeing your summer capsule. Great tips and examples of outfits. You look lovely in the razorback tanks. I'm always so excited for your videos. You inspire me to be more intentional in my fashion, home and spending. We may have very different aesthetics, but I always learn from you.
Great video. Those silver earrings look really nice on you! :)
This hairstyle suits you very well. You look very beautiful in this video. The theme of the video is also just on right time, because summer is here. Greetings!
Christina you really really made my day Today because since morning I am not well and you don't even know that how much I am loving your videos 😭💖🥹

I second this!
Good point about the lining material! I wouldn't have considered that. Thanks Christina!
Love the look of the button down with the high neckline racerback!
Also, would love a beauty routine update! You are glowing 😍

I think you would LOVE the pants, trench coats and blazers from Holland cooper. High quality wool, linen and English tailoring. I’m OBSESSED!
Love the hair!❤
Hi Christina with your hair like this you remind me of the beautiful actress Bridget Moynahan ,absolutely gorgeous 😍
Looking great! Thanks for the Summer wardrobe tips. Cotton t-shirts and natural fabrics are a must for me in Summer. Gotta keep cool while being hot. I agree! ♥
I recently figured out which silhouettes and lengths I actually like for skirts and dresses, so I am excited to play around this summer!
"Hot but not hot and cool and cool!" Perfectly stated! 😊
For me personally, one of the best outfits, everything suits you❤
Lovely pieces. I tend to avoid black and have more navy, soft white, and gray as neutrals. Interestingly, I read that mosquitoes are attracted to dark colors.
Hair looks stunning. How about halter necks? Think they would really suit you. 😊
I think you look super in all of the items here but the tube tops and vests looked amazing. Your hair looks great down.

You look really great in that tank!!! I also love wearing button downs in place of a jacket or cardigan.
Oh and loving that cotton dress on you!
Oh my gosh I love the racerback tank on you - one of my favorite looks! And the poplin dress is super flattering. A-line is so classy.
Love this episode! Also LOVING your hair length ❤
Nice overview of summer wardrobe and really appreciate your approach.
Okay...you look soooo stylish! Love all the outfits!
thank you for this video. it helped me a lot figuring out useful and good summer pieces that fit my style!
You totally got me into the high neck racerbacks BECAUSE you look so great in them. Prior to that, I was all about the square or v-neck. I like that it gives the opportunity to show skin while having some protection. Definitely have already reached for them on days when I don't want sun

Best summer capsule wardrobe I’ve seen. Thank you! I’m taking notes.😊
I love the black Faithful(?) dress on you! I hope you have worn it or wear it this summer! So cute!
I also struggle with getting dressed in the summer because it’s just so hot.
Love this summer capsule! I live in a very hot climate and I’m going to copy this capsule. I always hate summer because I find it hard to come up with ideas for outfits but these are awesome and interesting!
Yay for you experimenting with dresses! 🩷🥳 so good to try different things and see what you feel great in
Great video, Christina! I loved all of your suggestions and everything looks amazing on you! All that work in the gym is really paying off! 🍑❤
Awesome content. I'm inspired!

My problem with dressing for work in the summer is that my office blasts AC to the max and I still need a sweater and down jacket inside😅😭
Great ideas for wearing basics in the summer.
The dress you haven’t worn-wear it. You look great in it! And you have beautiful shoulders.
I almost never comment but I had to JUMP on here and say that your arms and shoulders are beautiful! I love how racerbacks look on you 💖
You look really pretty in that black top!

Your arms and shoulders are amazing! People are just haters.
The shape of the blouse looks perfect on you 👌🏻❤️
By the way, your hair looks really pretty. You look fabulous in all of your wardrobe pieces. You're looking good girl!!
Great video Christina!!! Many staples for me too!!! Are there any other brands you have come across for nice midi/maxi silk skirts? I am on the hunt for some for the summer 😍🤩
You look best I’ve ever seen you!! The bigger earrings! Showing a little shoulder! And your hair!!☀️
A great video, thanks. Also thanks for checking in with us Brits with the waistcoat ❤
Loved everything in this video!
Classy pieces. Can i ask how the navy blazer fits and what size you have?
True to size, slightly oversized but with structure! Take your normal size ❤
My three words are tailored, hippie, chic. Thanks for your interview with the stylish who suggested the three words. They helped me say no so many times while shopping today.
LOVE these earrings on you
