Hannah, thank you! We need more of this attitude and kindness to ourselves! I would have never guessed your 3 stone heavier - it goes to show we are much more critical of ourselves! I am a mum of two, a 5 year old and 2 year old and I am one of those annoying people who loses weight in pregnancy because I just can't eat well or much in pregnancy. But that for me has meant that both times my weight has been reversed and I've piled the weight back on after birth both times as I am a real foody. Last year I made myself a promise to reframe my feelings towards myself and my weight. I stopped calling myself fat and if I caught myself pulling myself apart I'd find something to be grateful to my body for. It's always that it carried and birthed my greatest achievements! I've forced myself to wear clothes that aren't just floaty. If I wouldn't say it or think it about a friend or a stranger I don't say it or think it about myself. Am I happy with my body? No. But I'm much happier than I was. I'm looking at myself through different eyes and actually I'm no different in weight but feel much more confident. I'm choosing kindness to myself and I hope that it rubs off on my children. Especially my little girl who I hope knows she is and will always be enough. ❤ Thank you for always being a ray of sunshine on your corner of the internet! We appreciate you 😊 xx
Hi Hannah. I absolutely agree with you about being kind to yourself. Can we also be kind to you? In all honesty you look fantastic! I know if you feel uncomfortable with yourself, other people’s opinions don’t register, but trust me, you’re still a very attractive human being. Who’s just pushed another human being out 😂. I know you don’t need to be told to take your time and be patient. But sometimes people need to be reminded that a baby is nine months in the making, so it’s very likely going to take a year or more until you feel near to being your old self again 😊. Props to you anyway for reassuring all the new mums out there who might be feeling a bit down about things. Sending hugs 😊
Hannah I wouldn’t have even noticed you’ve gained weight you look amazing!! But also a few years ago I lost 6 stone naturally after yoyo dieting for years. I’m pregnant finally after 4 years trying. Currently 10w2 and I’ve already gained a whole stone!! Like you I’ve had no sickness just STARVING!! I’m really upset and struggling mentally about my weight gain already and I’m so exhausted I don’t feel like exercising it’s such a hard battle!!
Your looking amazing. I'm still trying to lose baby weight after 8years. But I tell myself everyday it's my new body & it's gave me 3 beautiful kids ❤ xx
Hi Hannah I'm in the exact same situations. I'm ment to be 10 to 10 and half stone and I'm 13 st 10 all from having my son 5 months ago. Watching you be so open and honeslt about has made me feel so much better about my weight as it's been really bothering me. I've got prolapse so havent been able to shake it as quickly as I want to as I'm not allowed to work out just walk but seeing someone be so open about it helps loads thank you for being so open about it
You may not feel it but motherhood is making you glow!! If you don't like cooking chicken some supermarkets do rotisserie pre-cooked chicken that can last for multiple meals. You can put in fajitas with wholegrain wraps or maybe in a caesar salad? You're amazing keep mumming xxx
God I needed to hear this today! I am 11 weeks postpartum and have gained at least 2 stone probably more im too scared to weigh myself 🤣, I was the smallest I had ever been just before getting pregnant after losing 3 and a half stone and knew I’d gain back all the weight I lost previously. Finding it hard as none of my clothes fit anymore so I feel like I can’t/don’t want to go anywhere atm. It’s a nice feeling to know there’s loads of us in the same boat. You look amazing btw ❤
I absolutely love all of your videos on here and the other platforms, I don't usually comment but I wanted to say how amazing you look! You're always full of energy and happiness, and you brighten up our day with your content! ❤
My little boy is 2 next week and I've only just got back lighter than my pre pregnancy weight. It's alot harder especially when your priorities change. Take it day by day and as you say pick healthy choices when you can but a treat is needed especially in these tired hard stages of motherhood x
Love this! Post partum is soo hard, I gained over 2stone with my daughter and I felt horrible in all my clothes for so long afterwards. Taking time to myself and eating better and exercising definitely helped, but it’s hard to get disciplined cause you’re so bloody exhausted all the time 😂 She’s almost 3 years old now and I finally feel more confident in myself even 1stone heavier than before I got pregnant
Hi Hannah, as someone who recently had 2 babies and got hung up on the weight loss - I then ended up doing a hospital stay for anorexia away from my babies. None of the weight loss made me any happier and it doesn't change anything! Focus on being a mum and please don't let your shape or weight have any meaning to your self esteem. You look great :)
It’s so hard to make the right food choices when you are exhausted with a baby! My little girl is a year and a half old and I’m only now finding the motivation to lose some of baby weight!! You’re doing great!
If you haven’t got one already something that was game changing for my postpartum weight loss was a slow cooker! So many different recipes on TikTok and find doing the prep in the morning worked amazingly for my baby too as he was always happier plus you usually get an extra few portions for lunches or future dinners You look incredible and I saw something that said the fourth trimester is the first 12-18 (physically and mentally) months so take your time! Your baby will never be this little again and even just getting for walks will do you both the world of good (from a mum who was so caught up in what her body looked like post parfumerie and still gets upset now to think of the time she could’ve spent with her baby)
Wow Hannah you have made a baby lovely and you definitely cant tell at all you've got your whole life to change if you want to just do what makes you happiest 👏🥳🎉💖
This is why I love watching your videos Hannah! I’ve been watching you since your weightloss journey and I totally agree to be kind to yourself (especially when it can be so hard). I’ve just currently finished my weightloss journey after loosing 5 stone and my go to is normally chicken but if you don’t want to go for that then I eat a lot of prawns (low in calories and high in protein) and beef is a good one too. Love a good spag bol 🤤xxx
You look great. If you could go back and give pregnant Hannah advice, what would it be? I’m 12 weeks and already gained so much weight, it’s freaking me out - appetite is insane and cravings are so real
Healthy meal idea! Cook some 5% fat mince with onion, garlic, seasoning, dried herbs, chilli flakes, oxo cube, tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce and a splash of water. Serve in lettuce ‘cups’ with a bit of half fat grated cheese and some sliced cherry tomatoes/cucumber on top 👍🏻
We had our babies a day or so apart- I gained after water weight and baby, 2.5 stone in pregnancy, and I’m also trying to be kind to myself. If you think about it our babies haven’t even been out of our bodies longer than they were in them, and even if they had there’s so much pressure on a mum to lose weight and bounce back after a baby. You’re doing amazing. We needed to gain weight for our bodies to do amazing things like growing a human being! You’re amazing 🥰
Honestly you look fab! You only had a baby 3 months ago! Give yourself some grace ❤️ also random but I am with you on the cooking chicken thing! I actually ended up getting myself a food probe so whenever I cook chicken I can check the temp of it and I feel much better! X
Hi girl! The best advice I can give you is to change into the keto diet. Inform yourself about it. Not only it will be life changing in terms of finding health and a healthy weight, but mentally it's a game changer ☺️
My go to healthy dinner is air fried salmon with sushi rice, avocado and shredded carrot, lettuce and cucumber. Then drown it in soy sauce and a bit of sweet chilli sauce. Sooo good!
I genuinely thought you were going to say you hadn’t gained much at all, you really can’t tell - you look fab! Either way, love your approach to eating and moderation ❤️
I haven’t had a baby but the last couple of years I lost 5 stone and have gained back 2-3 so can 100% feel you on how hard it is mentally, have to be kind to ourselves tho we weren’t put on this earth for the purpose of being thin xx
I gained 3 stone. My little boy is 24 weeks tomorrow and I've still got about 5 pounds to lose. I hated reading forums of women who bounced back after 2 weeks with their first. Gotta keep saying in my head "took 9 months bake.. 9 months to lose!" But it is hard work.
I can tell you an all berry bang tastes so good because it’s mostly just apple juice, strawberry yogurt and vanilla yogurt with only a few frozen mixed berries 😅😊 (I used to work at boost)
I was the complete opposite - my son is 5 months old now and I'm the lightest I've been in about 6 years! The pounds just keep dropping off, I think it's because we do ALOT of walking and whenever he's asleep I'm running round the house cleaning everywhere 🤣🤣 you can do it!!🎉
You definitely don’t look at all like you gained weight you look fantastic I was actually thinking wow she looks exactly how she looked before pregnancy.
Easy din dins Roast up a tray of veg, boil pasta and add a ready-made sauce. Alternatively, roast up veg, boil rice, add some avo and soy sauce... easy rice bowl!
Hannah I put on 4 and a half stone with my first and felt awful but honestly it does come off babe I promise I lost it all plus another stone it’s only temporary xx
Maybe get a meat thermometer, my stepdad used to be the same about chicken 🐔 also itsu ramen, noodles, a protein and pack it with veg is my healthy dinner idea 😊
That omelette looked perfect, I’m like you and hate it if it’s runny in the middle & chicken omg, I cremate it 🤢 I went off coffee in my second pregnancy, couldn’t even stand the smell of it. I didn’t drink it for 22 years and then I started thinking, ooh that smells good actually, when I was with a friend in a cafe and she had one, I started drinking it again, so weird, now I couldn’t do with it x
You don’t look 3 stone heavier at all, from someone who hasn’t watched your videos since before you got pregnant (because I also had a baby and had no time 😂) you don’t look any different at all! My husband works away 3 weeks at a time and solo parenting is no joke 😭 x
I gained 2 stone (after delivery, it was somehow 3 stone while pregnant lol) I lost 1 stone by 3 months pp but the other stone is taking ageees, I have about 6lbs left of it to go at nearly 7 months pp 😅 but it DOES go eventually and it happens to us all!
I feel pregnant when I was 16, I put on 2 and a half stone, only just get Tim back to how I was, really hate these celebrities. Who go back to skinny in weeks
You literally made another human- be kind to yourself 🫶🏻 it absolutely not obvious that you have gained weight. P.s. Deliisouly Ella’s cookbooks are really good, you can always add meat to the recipes. ❤
THIS. This is why you're my favourite youtuber you are honest and open with your viewers. Thank u for that girl ❤️
Thank you!! 🥺❤

You look amazing! You really don’t look like you have put on weight! Looking beautiful ❤
Girl to be fair I couldn’t tell that you had gained weight. You still look great, take time, things are still all new for you. 💗💗

Thank you Hannah, I'm in perimenopause and gaining weight even though I've not changed my diet 😢 so really needed this video today ❤

I haven’t had a baby but the last couple of years I lost 5 stone and have gained back 2-3 so can 100% feel you on how hard it is mentally, have to be kind to ourselves tho we weren’t put on this earth for the purpose of being thin xx
Hi Hannah ❤ I love your way of thinking ❤❤
I gained 3 stone. My little boy is 24 weeks tomorrow and I've still got about 5 pounds to lose. I hated reading forums of women who bounced back after 2 weeks with their first. Gotta keep saying in my head "took 9 months bake.. 9 months to lose!" But it is hard work.

You literally made another human- be kind to yourself 🫶🏻 it absolutely not obvious that you have gained weight.
P.s. Deliisouly Ella’s cookbooks are really good, you can always add meat to the recipes. ❤
“It’s pretty obvious”?!! You look exactly the same! 🤣🫶🏼
