for the spinach: put aside some portions of it fresh to use in salads etc and blanch it and freeze the rest in portions, then it lasts longer and you can just add it to anything you are frying up/stews/etc!

Grace if you boil or steam spinach and the squeeze the water out super hard so there’s no water left, first of all its shocking how little spinach is left, and secondly it can be really good as long as it’s well seasoned! Mix it through a pasta sauce or something, would be nice in a creamy pasta sauce or added into a lasagne with ricotta!

Totally agree with you on TH-cam being a wonderful platform. Even if I often get a bit silly and talk about Banksy when I’m here commenting, I often watch your videos when I need a bit of a break from my studies. TH-cam is actually a big part of me being at my uni. program. I fixed my grades and thanks to students, professors, uni. lectures on TH-cam it truly prepared me for uni. in a wonderful way. There are so many videos on how to better one self and how to improve your work as a student. People think I’m joking but TH-cam is a big part in me being able to study law at uni. due to tutorials in mathematics and other subjects where people explained things I didn’t understand right away. It has this light corner and also a serious corner and some other corners too of course. TH-cam videos also helped improve my English grammar and spelling. The list goes on😊 This was a fun video idea, Grace! Thank you for sharing❤
Some of my favourite videos have been the ones where you would make and eat meals from different eras or countries. I loved listening to all of the research you would do for them. Some other favs are when you did a painting competition with your Dad, tasting food with your dad and/or Jessie, and your annual Easter egg/Christmas advent calendar hauls. Hi Grace, I’ve been following you since the beginning of your channel I believe, as it helped me through some tough times five years ago. I used to listen to your videos while baking, as one of my jobs is cake designer. I never comment but I wanted to tell you that I like to add raw baby spinach to hot foods such as curry, soup or pasta, just before serving. It’s easy and the spinach remains fresh but is nicely wilted. But as I love fizzy water, stewed fruit and porridge, it might not be to your taste! 😅

Ahhh you're going to enjoy throwing all the birthday parties for your little one(s) when they come along. I stumbled across your channel ages ago and I'm relatively an old biddy compared to you, but I'm so excited to see how much fun your child(ren?!) will have growing up with such a bubbly happy mum! My "little boy" just turned 21 this year and they grow SO fast. Make the most of it all. One of the best parties he had was when we hired the church hall, did exactly the type of old school party food you did here, had the party bags, pass the parcel, musical chairs, disco, etc. We took his Gator Golf game with us and the kids ran up onto the stage with it. We were literally ducking from flying golf balls, they were teeing off from the stage and whacking the balls across the room. It was utter chaos, but all the kids have fond memories of those riotous parties. Enjoy every moment of it, you'll have a blast!

Grace if you boil or steam spinach and the squeeze the water out super hard so there’s no water left, first of all its shocking how little spinach is left, and secondly it can be really good as long as it’s well seasoned! Mix it through a pasta sauce or something, would be nice in a creamy pasta sauce or added into a lasagne with ricotta!
We sautéed spinach with garlic powder salt and pepper for a dinner side and we end up using the whole bag for 2 people!! 😂

You’ve come so far, I remember when you were reluctant to go away overnight because you’d miss your family too much, but now you’ve been on so many trips and had so many great experiences! Totally agree with you on TH-cam being a wonderful platform. Even if I often get a bit silly and talk about Banksy when I’m here commenting, I often watch your videos when I need a bit of a break from my studies. TH-cam is actually a big part of me being at my uni. program. I fixed my grades and thanks to students, professors, uni. lectures on TH-cam it truly prepared me for uni. in a wonderful way. There are so many videos on how to better one self and how to improve your work as a student. People think I’m joking but TH-cam is a big part in me being able to study law at uni. due to tutorials in mathematics and other subjects where people explained things I didn’t understand right away. It has this light corner and also a serious corner and some other corners too of course. TH-cam videos also helped improve my English grammar and spelling. The list goes on😊

Some of my favourite videos have been the ones where you would make and eat meals from different eras or countries. I loved listening to all of the research you would do for them. Some other favs are when you did a painting competition with your Dad, tasting food with your dad and/or Jessie, and your annual Easter egg/Christmas advent calendar hauls.

Hi Grace, I’ve been following you since the beginning of your channel I believe, as it helped me through some tough times five years ago. I used to listen to your videos while baking, as one of my jobs is cake designer. I never comment but I wanted to tell you that I like to add raw baby spinach to hot foods such as curry, soup or pasta, just before serving. It’s easy and the spinach remains fresh but is nicely wilted. But as I love fizzy water, stewed fruit and porridge, it might not be to your taste! 😅

Ahhh you're going to enjoy throwing all the birthday parties for your little one(s) when they come along. I stumbled across your channel ages ago and I'm relatively an old biddy compared to you, but I'm so excited to see how much fun your child(ren?!) will have growing up with such a bubbly happy mum! My "little boy" just turned 21 this year and they grow SO fast. Make the most of it all. One of the best parties he had was when we hired the church hall, did exactly the type of old school party food you did here, had the party bags, pass the parcel, musical chairs, disco, etc. We took his Gator Golf game with us and the kids ran up onto the stage with it. We were literally ducking from flying golf balls, they were teeing off from the stage and whacking the balls across the room. It was utter chaos, but all the kids have fond memories of those riotous parties. Enjoy every moment of it, you'll have a blast!
