I see multiple comments about my snare. Well, I tried to buy it after this shoot. No luck😅 It’s the Yamaha Paul Leim Signature snare. 6.5x14 model. If you Ever come across one, BUY IT! 5.5 or 6.5, Buy it, Buy them both. That way I can buy one from You🤷🏽♂️😬👍🏽 I prefer 6.5, but I’ve used both. Amazingly Versatile snare! Thanks for the kind words everyone…🙏🏽
Man, I've been loving the videos that have been showing up lately with you and Mark! I'm just a little sad you won't be playing with him at the BPotato next month. I was also hoping you were going to be sitting in with the Pups when they came to down a couple of months ago, but we got to see Jamison and he was great. Here's to hoping I'll get to see you play in my town sometime!
I never leave comments and I specifically came to comment on the snare! Love the sound! I’ve heard some videos where it sounded warm and fat and others where it had a nice gospel pop. Appreciate the info and I love your playing style.
The way the keyboard follows the snare is so awesome because your ear begins to hear them as if they are one and the same - like the keyboard is just a really cool reverb effect on the snare.
I love that Meinl showcases their drummer's band & the music, as a whole. The look, sound & band context of the cymbals here will help sell but I love that they're not just glued to an overhead shot of Mark.
Sweet! Mark & his crew NEVER disappoint. This track is from one of my favorite Lettieri albums. I really love both "Baritone Sessions" records...it's time Mark writes a third one.
So incredible. Absolutely love. The only thing that is kinda missing are the other guitars after the breakdown. The studio recoding is SO funky with those guitars over lapping eachother, creating the most funky sound ever!!! Still super awesome he put most of those parts onto one guitar. And the band is soo tight 👌👏
@Mikael Palm Umm... 1st off, these are "performance based" videos not just standard "product demo videos". 2nd of all, did you actually listen and watch this video? I played the ride every time it goes to the B Section of this song. This is how we recorded it, and this is how we play it live. Not going to change up and play things differently just for the sake of "demo-ing" a product, when again, these videos are about capturing me playing with the band. There's 3 other videos in this series where I play the ride more if you care to check them out, other wise. Thanks for watching/listening...

It sounds immaculate, I’m assuming they don’t make it anymore?

You’re an inspiration Jason, now hopefully Yamaha comes to it senses…
@@BobSchoepenjr Preciate that man.

This is by far my favorite song off of the Deep album. So sick to hear it in a live-studio environment. Amazing as always!
I mowed my lawn to this album for an entire season.
😂😂😂😂 oddly perfect
Dude I can relate to this so hard. If I ever do that’s it’s because it’s one hell of an album
Boy oh boy, that's a man, baby.
Holy cow Tippi ... so did I !!!

JT's drumming is as solid and beautiful as a diamond gemstone.
I'm so glad they choosed this one, one of my favorite
Such an amazingly clean sound from each musician, and great kit!
Dear lord, what a performance. Absolutely killer. The groove is deep in you all.
unbelievable playing. what a tune!

Yes!
The drums sound so good, it's almost agony. More please!
Absolutely awesome. Music AND sound. The Baritone Sessions were my absolut musical highlight this year.
@Meinl make 15 inch sand hats already. They would kill. I'd buy a pair for sure! Do it!
This is just on point… damn guys! 🔥😍
That snare. And those hats. 🤤
That snare, for me is the tightest, spiciest, tastiest snare I’ve ever heard.
That snare sounds real good
Just can't go wrong with the groove these guys emit...
This was awesome🔥
I think the awesome groove came up out of those rugs. Just look at ‘em. Really tasty key solo too.
Wes TOTALLY blows my (hairless) scalp back!
That snare has some mean snap to it. Watch and learn, Thanos!
Steely Dan:ey snare?
It is a Paul Leim Signature Model Snaredrum. Unfortunately the production of this great drum has been discontinued.
Awesome great music song. So sound.

I really like de song and the band....❤️❤️❤️🎶🎶🎶🎶
That Paul Leim Yamaha Signature Snare sounds relly good. Great player, too!
Amazing!
I wish Mark Lettieri had his kemper profile on his website to sell. I would get it in a heart beat!
Insane groove 😎😎
yeah, this is a vibe.
I would like to order a drink at the counter in the back and enjoying the band, anyone else?
That guitar tone
1:57 holy shit that groove just made my day!
JT KILLIN! wooo
Excelente. ✨👏
This was THICCCC
Dear lord that snare drum. I mean the cymbals are amazing too. But that snare...
I like it!😀
Must be a challenge for the bas player to find good parts for himself!
What a tight band !
How so?
@@TheFunkyKnucklesDallas Cos Mark is playin with a baritone guitar
Oh… that’s easy. Just play like a drummer.
0:07 The "bass enjoyment face."
The scariest band in show business. Hands down.
Yo this is the groove from Nate smith's Ghost thud from his pocket change album
👍👍👍

I love how this is a sponsored video from meinl and the drummer sticks to the hihat for the whole song. :). Does he even touch that amazing ride.
Sometimes it's nice to just have a company pay for the creation of some nice musical content for you to simply enjoy. Not everything has to be a demo.

"Might As Well With MEINL'
This is like ''arrocha'' and ''vanerão'', brazilian rhythms
OOF!!! YUP:)
What is this drum kit?
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷👀👀👀 swing BRAZILIAN
The keyboard player looks like George Kambosos!
Man, I hate baseball caps.
I would advise against wearing them, then.
Had no idea Andrew Garfield was so good at guitar.
