So I am a bit bemused by this video, I do enjoy Val D’Isere and they have nice restaurants, but people who want to be seen by others go there, people who want great skiing go to Tignes. These two are the most snow assured places in Europe, which nowadays should count for lots. Avoriaz, does have some great skiing but the Port du Soliel generally is very low and you catch a bus from the bottom of Avoriaz to Morzine.

As a seasoned french skier, I have to point out that advertising for the "hors piste" (off-tracks) activities in this video is a bit naive. In most resort you can enjoy crossing between the tracks (which in France is considered as goign outside of the resort's boudaries and can lead to a change in insurrance coverage) if the snow cover is good. This is quite easy to do and there are usually a lot of ski prints, made by skiers who know the resort well, that you can follow.
Going for actual "hors piste" rides should be done only by hiring a ski instructor that can guide you and assess the safety of the snow conditions (the instructor also provides the safety equipment). If you are an expert freerider with the adequat equipment and planning you can choose to go while understanding the risks. A lot of famous and amazing "hors piste" rides are easily accessible from resorts and remain very close to them, don't be fooled, they pose very strong risks and we have casualties every year.
For instance, some resorts have tracks that are traced alongside high cliff areas. While you're perfectly safe on the track itself, if you chose to go under the yellow/black ropes, and walk a bare 15 meters, you can falf off some 100 meters... While skiing in France, please always consider staying within the open tracks and pay close attention to signs, especially the yellow/black ones which signal deadly dangers.

Meribel is slushy at the bottom, getting out can be challenging too. Val Thorens has a better mix of runs for all capabilities in my 30 year opinion. But please learn how to pronounce the French names!

I just got back from la Plagne and it was great. The food was smt else also I nearly died on a ski lift because I had never been on one before. My skis got stuck on the bar and a french woman got me out before i died. Apart from that it was amazing.

You have never been in those resorts. You can not even say the name correct. Tons of error with the fact. Val´d iser you can skii at 3500 m NOT. That is in Tignes. Dont make movies about things you dont know shit about. Sorry

When AI meets the real world. Incomplete and often misleading information, stock videos and killing the names of most locations on the list.
