*This reminded me of the times my dad let me tag along to the sawmill. The scent of sawdust and the joy of being with him are memories I treasure deeply. Thank you for bringing them back to life. Much love to you!*
Must say well done the crew in minimizing further damage, I drove a crawler mounted 60ft tower crane back in the 1970s. Operated by wander lead controls slung around my shoulders, the operator does not get the feel of the machine not sitting in the cab. But you guys got around that with radio mikes and giving close up direction. How cranage work has changed since I began in the 1960s. It's always good to watch experts at work no matter what trade it is. Thanks for posting.
Glad to see 👀 some southern men in the tree 🌳 removal business. I like the way you are very straightforward about how you work. I like your videos 📹 ♥ 😊 ☺ good graphics, easy to understand all you are doing ✅ 👍. Keep up the good work. Be blessed.
I am extremely impressed with the precision & timing you all have as you work together. It's so graceful & I love watching every minute of it. Please stay safe.
That's an awesome machine.. Takes tree work to another level...But the price tag is at another level as well. Just like your tow behind lift in comparison to your 92 footer... Great work guys...
If I was a customer, neighbor or subCon on or near your job site I would be very impressed to see that Black grappler truck roll up to my job site. It looked so business like with the shining Chrome and all Black body. It rolled onto the job site ready to go to work. Kudos to the driver/operator. It's nice to see how meticulous and professionally you dismantled that tree.
We were one of those clients that had 3 trees in the attic after Hurricane Delta in 2020. Everything about this work is dangerous; good job now they can start the repairs.
Nice work there Cottontop .Been on a roof like that back in my payday . .I didn't have a crane to fit my chunks . Bet this homeowner had a lot of repairs to do .
I rarely say this but, excellent job fellas! Slicker than owl snot.🤔 That's a new one for sure. Stay safe out there, I felt the pain when you fell on the roof my ribs are complaining right now ouch 🤕
Prayers for the home owner, I hope everyone is ok. Hopefully their home owners insurance will cover the damage Wholly crap that roof is slick, don't know how you stood on it
You do good for others. Ill be honest, that machine is awesome. The power it has on those huge jaws to crush many things is amazing. Rip a tree off its foundation with no issues...
Watched a company take a tree down with a giant claw and blade combination. Kept my 4 year old friend and I entertained for thirty minutes. Took a huge old tree down in not much more than that. Very cool.
Great video. Brutal work wearing all that PPE in high dew point temperatures in deep south right now. Have had quite a few red oaks blow over chez moi in central Bama, but no hickories. G-d bless
So much gratitude that there are skillled people who can take the risk to do this work. Its sketchy looking. Its man killing. Its impossible to ignore when you see it.
Gotta believe there's a bright college student we know and love that would love a summer internship nxt summer with Rook or with you on the 057. Great skills to have. Just a thought. God bless. TFS
I wonder if their is not some type of roofer's work boot with soles designed to provide better traction on slick metal roofs, if there is it might be worth getting a pair just for when you are working on those types of roof.
hello, i had something like that in 1991 when in january a huge hurricane swept across germany a huge tree on a thatched roof house i also ordered a telescopic mobile crane for this, i have a company for tree work, the soft thatched roof didn't destroy so much
I have known a few people that have fallen off building roofs. The luckiest/ unluckiest fell/ slipped off the upper level of a 2 level roof, hit the lower level roof and then went through the power cables before the ground. Only a broken leg. I would have thought someone might have invented/ developed a temporary roof fall protection system for emergency workers. The ridgepro or standing seam anchors/ clamps etc. Or a fold-up screen the mini excavator can hold up above the gutter. etc

I have heard of sea legs but not tin roofs lol be safe and have a great day Sam
Tim not saying your too old to be fooling on roofs, but you definitely earned the right to make a younger guy slide around that metal roof😂😂
Hope the house was repairable . Great job 🇬🇧
This is amazing. Was that just one tree? How frightening for the occupants. It looks like there are other trees needing removal also.
Well done!
Wow! Always a treat watching real pros do their job. Txs for sharing.
