Jessica Rabbit was intentionally designed to be the typical hyper stylization of a sexy female cartoon character, where as Lola Bunny was not drawn to be that type of character from the movies stand point of view, but as a distraction for Bugs Bunny.

Just to remind you that the only reason Lola was even created in the first SJ was precisely to break the status of Drag Queer that Bugs acquired from decades of starring in their crossdressing scenes in the classic shorts by Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies.
And with the mentality of the time, the studios didn't want their most famous characters to be associated with this type of community, forcing them to create a hot and busty rabbit solely and exclusively to pass on to the public a slightly more cisgender and heterosexual association of Bugs, and in the end it didn't do anything but wrap the Looney Tunes brand with a whole unnecessary furry thing.
This fact is parodied in a brilliant scene in the feature *Looney Tunes Back to Action* (2003) Where we see the television actress Jenna Elfman having the following dialogue with Bugs:
(Jenna Elfman): "All right so the question is how can, I help you reposition you brand. Answer we team you up with a hot female as co-star.”
(Bugs): "Usully, I Play the female love In truth"
(Jenna Elfman): "About the crossdressing, thing in past funny, today sterling"
@ANIME BERSERKER It's a general consensus for any connoisseur of animation history, the simple fact that she doesn't even exist in the original 1940s Tex Avery and Chuck Jones shorts, and the fact that Bugs conveniently shows no interest in crossdressing culture in 1996's Space Jam (precisely the movie where the fateful busty rabbit was created) ends up proving it (apart from the dialogue shown in Back to Action, where it's pretty evident what they're referring to)
Some people argue that it was she created to have a female character among the Looney Tunes, but not, as we know that the same brand from the beginning had a considerable number of female characters (some much older and funnier than Lola Bunny), only that they were in the background for not being sexualized and mainly, for none of their respective designers correspond to a male fetish standard.
Moral of the Story: The only furry hotties that are worth in this life are the transvestite Bugs Bunny and Miss Piggy of the Muppets.
