Razer Leviathan V2 review plus my favourite parts of this speaker

- This is a review of the Razer Leviathan V2, a gaming sound bar with some punch, RGB lighting and more.
The Razer Leviathan V2 is a THX speaker with Razer Chroma RGB support. It's a 65W soundbar with a dedicated subwoofer, two 95mm full-range drivers, two passive radiators and two 20mm tweeters. This means it can support good audio, it is nice and loud and has some great features too. It supports Bluetooth, so you can connect your phone to it but it also delivers great sound on PC.
Highlights for me:
Nice bass and easy controls.
Superbly excellent source switching where you can choose your preferred other source
Small size means it'll fit nicely under your monitor
Lowlights:
RGB is underwhelming.

I'm too much of an audio nerd to give up my Sony SSCS5's/DAC/Amp for a soundbar but I'll admit it looks pretty good. Price isn't terrible considering it comes with a sub also.
Is there anyway to connect this to a TV? Such as using an adapter to get sound from 3.5mm to USB-C?
Thx for the review. I'm in the market for a sound bar and have been eyeing either this or the Katana V2. I have some Razer items, so the Leviathan V2 would blend in nicely. Have you tried the Katana V2 before?

@@TheHernandezluis917 Yeah the Katana seems to win over the Leviathan in many ways + I can attach it in to my TV as well. The thing I wanna try is seeing if Wallpaper Engine can control the RGB on the Katana just like my Razer stuff
@@roadster38 Cant find katana v2 in my country, im also in the market for a soundbar to keep it bellow my G9 Neo which takes quite a lot of space so huge monitor speakers dont fit that well on the desk. Not sure if to wait for someone to bring it in my country or go for leviathan v2. I am considering sonos beam 2 as well but it doesnt have subwoofer so thats a huge minus.

hi bro ,i just bought this razer soundbar, but my problem is that when I activate this product, aux also cancels my connected speakers, only razer is working,I want to use it all and get audio, how can I do this please help me, if I can't use it, I'm thinking of returning the product.
how is the latency if connected with bluetooth?

Connect your Nommo Chroma to the PC, not the monitor.

The Razer Nommo Chroma is better, imo.

@@shaolin95 The sound quality is amazing at 50%, the RGB lights is a touchy feature. You can also add other devices to the speakers, but it’s a little costly for the full setup. The speakers work great for me. But, of course, it’s my very first gaming speakers. I have it setup with my Millennium 5000X V2 and Corsair Xeneon 32 IPS Monitor.

Anything Razer does when it gets to audio is quite frankly mediocre at best. I for sure know the headsets suck lol
