Thanks for vid. My concern with this recipe is pulling a weak 56 gram shot and then adding 1:1 milk. That really blunts the flavor of the coffee and seems like a recipe designed to just fill the cortado cup. I typically do like a 32 gram (1-to-2) shot and then add about 35-40 grams of micro-foam milk (2% works great). You get a rich full-flavored drink with a deep mahogany color and chocolaty flavor. Nothing better!

I noticed you had a good amount of pressure in the brew, but how hard did you compact the espresso with the tamper?
What is your grind setting on the top grinder under the hopper?
The milk was steamed wrong for latte art..
