Hey Jason thanks for this video and all your amazing content I just wanted to ask you a question Mate I’m a amateur boxer I have had 2 fight so far I really love Mark Tyson’s peekaboo style since I was a kit and have implemented it well into my training but I want to keep using Mike Tyson’s peekaboo style but I also enjoy moving around and stepping back and sticking and moving like I’m good at jabbing and moving back but I noticed you said in one of your videos that there’s no move back in the peekaboo style can I use the peekaboo style but still also move back like I kinda fight like a orthodox Gervonta Davis you know how Davis movies back and uses his jab and counters can I use the Mike Tyson style effectively as well as moving back like tank and doing a bit of Philly shell defence I just don’t won’t it to bite me in my next fight

I've done the original work out a few time and it's becoming apparent that Mike Tyson was better than me! Love this work out because it's not my style of fighting so genuinely takes me out of my comfort zone, I've even taken and adapted a few of the combo's into a kickboxing combination. Absolutley love it. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Coach, been doing these on the bag. It challenges everything: balance, power, breathing, keeping eyes forward all while making adjustments to the moving bag. Great stuff!!!

Yes you absolutely can! You sound exactly like me and my story. I was all about pressing forward and using peekaboo, but then I started to like Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr, and once I started to mix in their tactics I became much harder to hit and much more unpredictable. I think it's important to keep an open mind and experiment with different styles from different boxers. You will really open up your options that way.

I had been watching your videos since 1 years and now I am able to do all the combo videos clearly and an boxing tournament is organized in my district I only trained by watching your videos so what you think can I go
I don't have much to say on the topic. I eat mostly whole foods such as apples, corn, carrots, brocolli, steel cut oats, brown rice, steak, chicken. My main problem is sugar, I love it so much, so I try to stay away from it as much as I can lol. Anything processed I try to stay away from.
Could burn you out man instead work yourself up from twice a week hard training to 3 days then 4days then 5 and rest weekends dont do more then is just right for you and every 3 weeks take a week with active recovery training aka train at 1/4 of how you usually do.

I will say, however, that I have been training boxing for more than 2 years now, worked myself up to hard training and have lighter training sessions here and there. Rn, I got a plan so I can compete in Golden Gloves and win gold. Thank you so much for your advice!
