By pan frying the meatballs you can create some caramelization on the surface. It's called maylard reaction and it has a huge role for developing a really good flavor. I recommend trying it out.
@@ZachandAllison Well I’m a quarter Italian so my mama made us lots of spaghetti growing up and I find that I now crave it quite often😂 I would love to start making homemade noddles but I do enjoy adding things and tailoring the sauce.🤗 Isn’t it odd how we often crave the things we were raised eating?
