Marc Ortega I mean, as a general rule of thumb, for most classes, stock for everything except for melee is the way to go, though. Stock melees are pretty much objectively worse for most classes, though, with some exceptions. Scout has Basher, Sandman, and especially Atomizer as better alternatives, Soldier has the Disciplinary Action and the Escape Plan, Pyro has the Powerjack, Heavy has the GRU, Eviction Notice, Fists of Steel, KGB, and Holiday Punch, Engineer possibly has the Jag (stock and Jag are kinda tied IMO), Sniper has the shiv and sometimes the Bushwacka (as long as you're not using a backpack or the stock smg), Medic has the Solemn Vow, the Vita-Saw, and the Ubersaw, and Spy... is the exception.

And he only spoke above the stock shotgun on every episode since (as he mentioned on that video) the weapon has a variety of stereotypes depending of which class is using it, whereas before Jungle inferno, the panic attack was only used for memes.

What come on just a machina sniper or some iron bomber demo could kill them, but soldier? The slow class besides the heavy? Come on I have seen many and better try harder.
I would give it crit immunity, like the Battalion's Back-Up, while keeping the 30% damage vulnerability. So you're still vulnerable but now a random crit won't take you out which will giving you somewhat of an advantage with 1v1 melee fights.
Let's throw down some stereotypes! Frontier Justice: Yes, he is using minisentries, and yes, he will always have crits. Widowmaker: Shotgun main, expect him to either ninjaneer, or be completely useless to the team. No buildings here. Pomson 6000: Wee-ooo-wee-ooo! Fun Police! Hands on the Ground! NOW!!! Rescue Ranger: Meta. Nothing interesting here. Panic Attack: This weapon is really good on engi, since he can use this to turtle fairly well. Wrangler: Expect to find his sentry in some weird places, these guys can jump. Short Circuit: Really hates soldiers and demoman, and also WEE_WOO_WEE_WOO!!!!!!!!!!! Giger Counter: This weapon is an uncrate exclusive, so he definitely uncrated it, but why? Gold Wrench: Run from this guy. He can probably wipe the enemy team with just wrangler rockets Gunslinger: Not a big fan of sentries, or a fan of minis, or fun-police, or likes the third punch, or... Southern Hospitality: Hate-boner for spies Jag: Really aggressive, you will never see jag engies turtle. Eureka Effect: This guy will find a way to grief with this, or ninjaneer. Beep Boy: needs to be a reskin of the PDA and Destruction Button.
Brass Beast is actually good, it is my most used minigun, (followed closely by Iron Curtain) its my favourite minigun, and really - if you know how to use it its really good. I love it. Edit: Also Family Business is also good secondary, but its hard to get used to it because everyone use Sandvich or other food-item. It can be usefull in normal play if you get used to it.
1. *Frontier Justice:* Almost guaranteed to be using the Gunslinger. 2. *Gunslinger:* Definitely some sort of Battle Engie; likely uses either the Frontier Justice or the Widowmaker. 3. *Rescue Ranger:* This Engineer is dedicated to being an asset to his team. This guy is to be trusted; you can take their teleporter with no unease. 4. *Southern Hospitality:* This guy really really REALLY hates Spies.
Southern Hospitality is basically a direct upgrade from the stock. The vulnerability to fire... isn´t that much. How often do you fight Pyros being Engineer anyway?
*+Jimmy Sarmiento* Let me answer that question with a question: how often do you use your melee against anyone as Engineer? Speaking from experience, the only things my wrench comes in contact with are my buildings. Actually, I'd say that the quicker swing speed makes the Jag the closest to a direct upgrade as any of the Texas Builder-Man's weapons.
*+Labyrinth9000* True, the Southern Hospitality is pretty much the only weapon to use in Medieval Mode if you're playing the Texas Builder-Man... but why would you do that? With the Engineer's entire schtick of making buildings disabled, literally any other class would be a better pick.
the fact the Jag needs 3 hits to remove a zapper makes it a bit annoying when the other team has more than one spy. Also, the Southern Hospitality helps for spy checking and well, alike almost every melee weapon, for close combat, like a Boston Basher or this melee for the Sniper (other melee weapons with bleeding effect). Anyway, ignoring the fire vulnerability of the Southern Hospitality (since as Engineer you shouldnt be in a close fight with a Pyro anyway), is exactly the same as the stock, but with bleeding effect on hit
5:29 I like the mini crit effect for pan on red, it makes the pan almost look painted gold which is cool, that should be a feature added into the game (next meta: brute heavies with blood red pans or the homeless heavy with a bronze pan).
I am literally the Tomislav stereotype. Not only does it spin up faster, it also completely removes the sound of the minigun revving up, which is a pretty big weakness for heavy!

Honestly, if the organ thing becomes real before the next 'Weapon Stereotypes' is released, I will be sad if there is not a 'KALIMAH!!!!' Reference due to the proposed changes to the Vita-Saw. Yes it's childish and probably dead, but it will be really satisfying to just rip the organs of your enemies.
warrior spirit is the same thing as the cladimor (Post jungle inferno edit:like power jack) it heals when getting a kill and has no down sides if you are not holding them perfect for fat scout sense you don't have a sandvich.

Sure 90 damage from shotgun meatshot And 85 damage with warrior spirit punch The combo damage is now 175 Kills most of the classes With this combo And if light class aka scouts trys to run Shoot him again It will do at list 40 damage if they are trying to run after getting meatshoted With that the light classes will die Warrior spirit is a finishing weapon when you know you can get the kill 100% Its basically a small bonus with its health reward

give Bushwacka's "crits on minicrits" stat to the Warrior's Spirit. Boom, less garbage.
But the "30% Damage Vulnerability" is a big disadvantage
Okay, so turn the 30% into, sayyy.. 10%. Any more viable?
I would give it crit immunity, like the Battalion's Back-Up, while keeping the 30% damage vulnerability. So you're still vulnerable but now a random crit won't take you out which will giving you somewhat of an advantage with 1v1 melee fights.

I'm gonna be honest, it's pretty funny (atleast to me) that the image used for the fists is literally just Heavy's arms.
Brass Beast is actually good, it is my most used minigun, (followed closely by Iron Curtain) its my favourite minigun, and really - if you know how to use it its really good. I love it.
Edit: Also Family Business is also good secondary, but its hard to get used to it because everyone use Sandvich or other food-item. It can be usefull in normal play if you get used to it.

2. *Gunslinger:* Definitely some sort of Battle Engie; likely uses either the Frontier Justice or the Widowmaker.
3. *Rescue Ranger:* This Engineer is dedicated to being an asset to his team. This guy is to be trusted; you can take their teleporter with no unease.
4. *Southern Hospitality:* This guy really really REALLY hates Spies.

Southern Hospitality is basically a direct upgrade from the stock. The vulnerability to fire... isn´t that much. How often do you fight Pyros being Engineer anyway?

Speaking from experience, the only things my wrench comes in contact with are my buildings. Actually, I'd say that the quicker swing speed makes the Jag the closest to a direct upgrade as any of the Texas Builder-Man's weapons.
*+Labyrinth9000* True, the Southern Hospitality is pretty much the only weapon to use in Medieval Mode if you're playing the Texas Builder-Man... but why would you do that? With the Engineer's entire schtick of making buildings disabled, literally any other class would be a better pick.
the fact the Jag needs 3 hits to remove a zapper makes it a bit annoying when the other team has more than one spy. Also, the Southern Hospitality helps for spy checking and well, alike almost every melee weapon, for close combat, like a Boston Basher or this melee for the Sniper (other melee weapons with bleeding effect). Anyway, ignoring the fire vulnerability of the Southern Hospitality (since as Engineer you shouldnt be in a close fight with a Pyro anyway), is exactly the same as the stock, but with bleeding effect on hit

Not only does it spin up faster, it also completely removes the sound of the minigun revving up, which is a pretty big weakness for heavy!
Once I was playing spy, and the other teams heavy found me on low health. I thought it was obvious I was a spy, but he just gave me a sandvitch and left. Somehow I still got no kills as spy that game.
