wow, I wasn't performing the actual exercises but by experience of the different methods I was relaxing just looking at it. wow. I can't wait to try this. Also, do we exercise before or after our meals?

Hm...I usually do cardio before eating but most everything else after having eaten. Hope this helps...we'll see if Cole or Jacq has sec to chime in ;)

You should eat about 2 hours before practicing. This way your food has time to digest. Namaste!
