Thank you guys so much for taking this subject on! I absolutely love when Megan speaks to our church and hope that she will continue and maybe even come more often! God has given her so much talent, so much wisdom, and Difficult life circumstances, that she can teach beautifully!

I am so encouraged that Sun Valley, Chad, and Robert would address this topic from a Biblical perspective. Chad and Robert's speaking is powerful when they share their vulnerability, their humanity. When Megan speaks, she is the definition of vulnerable and that is her superpower to reach people with the Word of Jesus. I shared with my teenager how God used Megan's experience with shoplifting as a young adult to led her to a public speaking ministry. Jesus is pretty clear in the Bible to not look for a church home run by Pharisees and Sadducees, but to seek out leaders that have been completely broken and been rebuilt by humility and the saving grace of Jesus.

Wow what an amazing topic! Every life matters and God loves every single one of us! we are all children of the most high! The Lord has the best plan(better than any thing you can imagine)for every single human being on this earth! We must encourage each other to work for the kingdom of God!

Having been raised in and continuing to attend deeply patriarchal, Bible believing churches as an adult, this subject has always been a question for me that has never really been satisfactorily answered. Thank you for this discussion because my first introduction to Sun Valley was the obviously gifted Meghan.

Grateful for our courageous women leaders. The example and encouragement they give to the other women and young gals is impactful on society and speaking against the earthly lies

good clarification😊 As a newbie Christian, a bit sceptical of women preachers, and unsure if I should be doing my new christian podcast, this was helpful. Glad I listened to this again after a few months.

You guys should consider doing more of a “regular” podcast, could be 40 minutes, could be three hours just talking about anything instead of one short topic. I think you guys would be really good at it

Thanks for clarifying some things. I'm 58, female, just reborn, (thanks to getting hooked on Chad's sermons on youtube) breadwinner and purse holder of the family. Wondering what my family and future church roles should be. Trying to gently nudge my husband to spiritually lead us. I was taken back a bit with a female leader, so this helped. I like Megan but I prefer men's voices, and I have to constantly adjust the volume up and down, and rewind as she whispers then raises her voice. Also, after having gone thru menopause, I have a whole new respect for men's more rational, less emotional thought process😂

This is so enlightening. However 1 Tim 3:2 is confounding. Does it imply that Bishops and Deacons in the church must be men

we are talking about leadership, being a pastor , a head pastor! there is noooooooooo where in church history was there a women as the leader of Gods house. A prophetess/ prophet is not a Church leader, the are a messenger form God that carries a world for his people. that's two different thing...... what y'all are doing is mixing the two of them up as one thing and its not. Secondly you are saying that it cultural differences, which implies that we should change the word of God by what culture is doing now! which means your inviting other thing like homosexuality, into the pulpit, because society its ok now to be different, when the Bible says its not, so no I don't agree with the whole culture situation, that we should throw what Paul says out the window....I think that your misleading your hearers

Where does it say cultural law? Where does it say God word changes for the time. I haven’t read that. Just the new age church twisting God word.
