    • @bohlalepaile

      In the same way, just leave out tertiary experience. Under achievements, highlight your high school achievements! Under extra curricular activities, tell them what sporting or cultural activities you were involved in.
      Same concept 🙌🏾💯

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Don’t write too much on Leaply!! It’s important that you put the most important facts in there…not just writing paragraphs!!! So keep it short and succinct! Will try do a full Leaply tutorial…

    Thank you for the guideline. I would like to know, what if a person changed to a second degree without completing the first one, does one have to show that on the c.v, and if so how?

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes show it on the CV, otherwise you’ll still be asked to account for the missing time on your CV timeline.
      Show it as something you were studying and indicate your starting year to ending year.

  • @philisiwephili1112

    Good day. I hope that you are good. Many companies now require that we send our CVs via email instead of submitting an online application. May you please make a video guiding us (well me) on how to send or attach my CV in a professional way. I'm sure this doesn't make sense... well what I mean is that, do I just attach the CV without writing any message to accompany the CV or should I try to convince them on the email as to why they should consider my application? If yes then how do I go about writing it?
    Please assist.

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ll address this in an upcoming video 🙌🏾💯 I think it’s important to write something in the email, but it does not need to be a full motivation. Just something short about what you stress applying for, why you are interested and what makes you a great candidate. Then you refer them to your attached cv for further details…

    what would you write if you stopped school for a year or two because of finances?since you mentioned that you include the year you strted and wen u will finish coz obviously if you stopped school for some time the years won't match in the CV

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can just put it separately and write something short under the education section that you weren’t studying between this year and that due to finances. So place it as a separate entry

  • @nolithamrwata3964
    @nolithamrwata3964 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I just wanted to ask regarding the skills section , should it just be points such or should I put points and an explanation of why I am for example flexible .

    • @bohlalepaile
      @bohlalepaile  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think points are sufficient. Ensure that you’ve used some of those adjectives in your overview as well and 1/2 examples there instead. Try and keep your template to one page if you are a student and two if you are a professional.
