Revit is setup to allow you to make the documents look the way you want. This is considered a feature of Revit in that all documents will not look the same. The best thing I can say is to utilize templates within your firm so there is more consistency within one company.

Is this possible if we used formula for this array for example (length/spacing) array less than 2 is possible
You can always achieve that. But more of less what you do with the result of that array breaking from lees than 2 is the main thing to be aware of.
