The bread doesn’t look right, looks stale and too much as a holder; in Philly when some of them do not use hoagie, but use baguette, they would scratch out the majority of the inner bread part, leaving a crusty shell with thinner layer of bread part(sucking beef juice) as holder, that is my favorite kind!
