Hello, I have canon IR -A C3530, and the CMYK test prints with a white line through magenta. I have change the drum, and magenta toner. Any more ideas to help
@thepretty1854 Cleaning functions are not enough. You need to perform maintenance on the copier, i.e. clean certain modules, use a vacuum cleaner and liquids. The developer module is determined by reading counters. Developer Unit Magenta has catalog number: FM1-B265-020, FM1-B265-010, FM1-B265-000 price is approximately: 500 US dollars.
@alialesaei9822 Both manufacturers are very good. You will get good prints and copies from both machines. I think that Canon is less problematic, but Minolta is easy to repair. These are generally good machines - check which one is at a better price and buy. I would buy Canon
Ricoh are cheaper machines and have cheaper cartridges and spare parts.. canons are more expensive in everything but they are very good machines. ricoh and konica are the most common mainly as used ones...
Hello I've a IM 2500 which shuts down before initializing. At first i thought the problem was the controller board, and i changed it but still no change. I changed the panel, high voltage board, BICU, Power supply but still no change. i even troubleshooted with another controller board and it damaged it too
I am looking at a Xerox Altalink C8045 and thinking about getting it, or Canon C5535i? What is your experience? I think Canon has better color, and the document feeder is more robust. I tried the Sharp 35XX and the color looked better than Xerox. Like to get your take on these. Thanks.
Hi. Very good question. You have to make your own decision, but I would choose the Canon C5535i. Why? First of all, the Xerox Altalink C8045 is a good copier, but in my country, service and parts for Xerox are simply expensive. Sharp 35... is in second place in my opinion because it has one disadvantage - working with non-original toners means a high risk of destroying developers, which are terribly expensive. Number one and my choice would be the Canon c5535i because it produces very good colors, it works without any problems with non-original toners, repairs to the Drum Unit and Fuser Unit are very simple and surprisingly cheap. The only thing that sometimes needs to be replaced in the Canon c5535i is the paper pick-up roller. Think carefully about this purchase and write what you chose because I am very curious. Regards.
Dzień dobry, w naszej firmie posiadamy dopiero co kupioną drukarkę Canon c5540i, lecz po nie długim czasie korzystania przestała działać a dokładniej nie można z niej korzystać, ponieważ na ekranie widnieje błąd o kodzie E000064-1201. Serwis rozkłada ręce, zamawia części na wymianę i mówi, że to pierwszy przypadek w Canonie. Czy spotkał się Pan z tego typu problem?

Niestety czasem jest tak, że procudura mówi: 1. wymień płytę xxx, jeśli to nie pomoże to wymień płytę zzz i tak dalej i tak dalej. Czasem tak jest. Błąd o którym jest mowa to faktycznie raczej rzadkość i nie ma na to jednego rozwiązania.

Have you checked developing unit magenta? you didn't write whether to clean the laser.
@MrRicoh I did use all of the cleaning features and looked at the developing unit but I'm not sure how to tell if it's bad.
