I’m currently enrolled in the google UX design course on Coursera. Your videos have been extremely helpful to me. Also, I know it won’t guarantee a job, but it will be an achievement for me, and it’s actually something I’m really enjoying as I’m doing. Plus the program so far is really fun, maybe because I think I’d actually like to do this as career. But thanks for the insights!
I'm so glad that you found my video helpful and you found the course fun. The course was also fun to me. I wish I had courses like this growing up rather than what I learned from school. I wish more people adapt to the mindset that you have. If you find this fun, it's more likely that this career path can suit you long term.
After attending UX UI Pros, I've been equipped to introduce user testing to companies, make design choices with confidence, and articulate my methodologies effectively.

You gave me so much motivation to keep going on this course and in this field in general coz I still can’t get real life projects and job and I was really exhausted and disappointed
Ok I’m debating to try google certification but I’m afraid my time will be wasted or I will not remember anything from it. So my question is if I’d don’t rush it, take notice, and practice I will be fine I can get a job with it or no
I think if it will help you get experience and start building a portfolio, it will be helpful! I think in this video she's not saying it's not worth it, she's just saying that it's important to focus on those things rather than getting it done quickly. if you plan on doing it I wish you luck!! it seems really cool to me :)
If a 4 year degree won't land people a job, what makes you think a 4 month certificate will? Even if it is, it's in the past already just like any other degree/cert That said, it's the most economical stepping stone for your career.
not to judge anyone but I always see the question if I do this course can I get job, I am always thinking to break into tech takes more than just completing the online class it's where you take your new skills and how and what you apply them to and trying to master them to some degree!!

I just saw like 2 weeks of that certificate and it looked pretty useless, basic and quite superficial. Better spend time and effort on practicing
