These came out so delicious! I love how chewy the jam bits are and they were especially good because I used some homemade plum jam. YUM I made them eggless by substituting in 120g of milk mixed with a tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
I made these last night and they're honestly the best cookies that I've ever made. Absolutely scrumptious! I just left out the jam and followed the recipe according to the weight. Thank you for sharing!
Every time you pull stuff from the oven, you have this little kid look on your face that makes me want whatever it is you are cooking at the moment. It's that child-like excited look. The whole "OMG CANDY!" look. Thanks for this recipe. Gotta try it!

It's actually a whole cup of flour or just over that, for my other Americans. I remembered I had a kitchen scale in grams stashed away and measured with that to redo them and they are AMAZING. If you use a heaping cup of flour unsifted it's closer. Yum! ❤️

Great recipe!Only 3 minor issues -Sugar granules took ages to disolve -Too sweet IMO (20gr less of sugar would make it) -Way too much baking time (my first batch turned crispy so I reduced the time by 2 minutes and chewy perfection came out!)
She doesn't use granulated sugar She uses caster sugar It's finer but not as fine as powdered sugar But thanks for the sweetness level and the time change

Made these the first time with grape jam and the 2nd time with seedless raspberry. This recipe is sweet, salty, peanut buttery, jammy deliciousness.

I made these but instead of swirling the jam in the dough I made a little well in the middle and put a little blob of jam in :) very good!
