Build Time is entirely dependent on the skill of the builder and how much you are fabricating yourself rather than purchasing parts and hardware. It usually take me about 3-4 weeks but I am juggling other orders at the same time so it is a bit misleading and i make all the fittings and hardware in house. Rob Don't want to damage the side of the hull from the vibration of the router. I have a set up like that but the hull is also not 90 degrees to the deck thru the lengh of the hull so you could cut into the hull.

Why don't you use a rotozip counter edger. With the ball bearing?
