@@bwb4416I never understood why all these people who spend so much time grating or slicing veggies don't but a good electric food processor that does that in seconds . It would take me 1 minute at most to grate these courgettes ( zucchinis in the US ) . I use mine for everything , from slicing onions to dicing them , making dough , grating a ton of carrots for a family , etc etc . My food processor is 30 years old and going strong .
Why do you have to squeeze all the juises from the salted zuchini?!? All vitamins are gone!!! It is much better if you just use less liquids to finnish the batzina❤

Have made this for years but without the yogurt and I use pecorino Romano cheese also small dice of roasted red pepper for color and added flavor
