ingredients for kadhi
400grm curd
2½ tbsp gram flour
1 Tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp salt
ingredients for fritters/pakoda
200grm gram flour
2 pinch of baking soda
½ tsp red chilli powder
¾ tsp salt
1 medium sized onion
1 green chilli
½ cup chopped coriander
ingredients for tadka
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
2 pinch of asafoetida
2 dry red chillies
4 garlic buds
½ onion sliced
