I tried to install it atleast 20 times, but it didn’t work! I came across this video and saw “press any bottom button 10 times to clear cache” I did that and after 1 hour of trying before I came across this video, it FINALLY worked! Thank you so much!!
If you've tried other Wi-Fi networks and Reset All Settings, usually Apple ID issues are at the root of this problem. Try logging into appleid.apple.com/ with your Apple ID and make sure that all of your security questions are up to date. Next, double-check that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you originally used to download the apps. If you changed Apple IDs sometime in the past, apps you downloaded with the first Apple ID won't download.

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to comment.....Don't know about these other negative responses but I went through your step by step operation with a couple of mods. Logged out of iTunes and App stores. Logged back in. Under Automatic downloads; Reset Apps to on position, reset App Updates to on. Under Cellular data; reset automatic downloads to on. Lastly set Offload Unused Apps to on. After taking these steps, works great.
GUYS THIS HELPED ME : All you have to do is log out of the App Store then power your phone off then wait a minute and power your phone back on then log back into App Store and then it should work.

So I have a problem, I enter the Apple ID, and when I press the button it does absolutely nothing. Not even an error message. So it’s signed in but I can’t sign in because it says it only uses my fingerprint. So I went to turn it off but it was white and I couldn’t change it.
My issue is; when I try to download a free app- it’s says ‘verification required’ than I enter my passcode than it takes my to payment options. I’ve tried going to settings than to my account- turning it off that way- but when I try to download the app it still says ‘verification required’ I cannot even update my iPhone- this is very frustrating 😡 Can you help me- please.
Try this: Go to Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Apple ID -> View Apple ID. Sign in with your Apple ID, then tap Payment Information. You may have to confirm or enter the information in this menu! We've never run into this problem before, so we haven't written an article about it yet. We're going to start working on a relevant article immediately!
If you have the problem of the gray sircle loading just change your language to any language I changed it to *english Canadá* to not get confused and it will work just did it! Here go to *settings,general,language and region, n then select iPhone language* n there pretty much it

I had the same issue but mine is working now...of course nothing what these guys said worked but this is why I did...maybe it would work for you too :) 1) Switch off your WIFI...see if it’s switched off completely..sometime if you switch off your wifi using the shortcut button it doesn’t switch off the wifi under settings so check if the wifi is turned off in the setting and the shortcut wifi button is turned off 2) Switch off your wifi router 3)Switch off iPhone for 2 mins 4)Switch on wifi router 5)Switch on iPhone 6)connect to Wifi 7) open App Store and try to download an app( I got an error password not right so I entered my password, and filled all the fields, card details and the optional fields in my address) This was all I did and it worked 😊 Hope it works for you guys too!

So guys, I found out what the issues has been for me. Apparently some podcasts downloaded automatically and I had to delete them, so it was from the storage. Anyway go to settings > general > storage&icloud>manage storage and check if anything seems odd there, this worked for me

Yeah, none of this worked. My iPhone 8 Plus won't download apps, it keeps hanging on the turning circle.

Lesley Harrys that’s exactly what I am having trouble with rn. It’s not downloading any apps. The circle keeps turning but it never really downloads.

I had the same issue but mine is working now...of course nothing what these guys said worked but this is why I did...maybe it would work for you too :)
