I really enjoyed this video. There were some great ideas for fake buildings (a skill I am trying to master atm). I would love for you to visit my latest island, Willow. It's my attempt at a mini-isle challenge (creating lots of little islands instead of one large land mass) and it has references to the blue willow china plate pattern. I set in cherry blossom season. @@StinaCrossing sorry I'm a bit late to give a little story to the island. It's an island of animals stuck in Halloween. The villager houses weren't decorated because of that and I felt the inside really went with the island (although originally it was only going to be a mushroom island 😂). The wheat field leads to the cemetery where Curt is in charge of and the oldest villager. Alice, being a koala, lives on bamboo Island and is in charge of the abandoned art, she's the 2nd oldest villager. The villager neighborhood houses the youngest, and they run the pumpkin farm, go trick or treating, and other Halloween festivities. On the way to Able Sisters, there's the old abandoned restaurant. In my house, main floor is the welcome/waiting area. Upstairs is the haunted bedroom of the twins who no longer live on the island.... They were also mad scientists. I forgot to put gifts out before uploading 😂. I'm so glad you enjoyed my island and got some great ideas from it. Also, I believe I got the skull rugs from Sahara, and it was during October (Halloween season) that they're available.
