Welcome to my TH-cam channel 😊
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Allyson Brown and I’m the Director at everheal and creator of the LIFE Formula Program for autoimmune sufferers wanting to heal brain fog and fatigue naturally in 90 days.
I was diagnosed with MS in 2005 during the second year of my PhD in analytical research. After overcoming my own battles with autoimmune symptoms (particularly fatigue and brain fog) in 2018, which had forced me to resign from my job, I reluctantly started eating an anti-inflammatory diet and my whole world changed!
So I’m now dedicating my life to educating, encouraging and empowering my fellow autoimmune warriors, to start eating a clean diet to improve their health and quality of life, within a friendly like-minded community! 💖
