Old is gold
Became your fan instantly brother! We had the same hi breeze and infact we got it in 900mm!
I am trying to find a very old model from Usha, that looks exactly like Crompton Chandel Air, single underlight... Cannot get any details, do you remember this model? Its downlight dome was glass and the fan mostly had 4 blades. The wiring was done carefully to bring 3 wires out through the rod, to control the fan and light independently...
Excellent job! I am preparing one of my Relite Rapide MKII (1994) fans for restoration.
really great restoration
Excellent restoration......... Keep going......
Awesome restoration
Thank you 🤝🏻
I have 3 Khaitan high breeze fans with me which i want to install in my new home.
They are very heavy compared to modern 3 blade fans. One weighs close to 10 kg excluding the weight of the capacitor and the wire windings , one more about 8 kg and the smaller one around 7kg. I was just curious if the way to install this fan is different from modern ones because of its age and weight
Beautifully done
Try painting pinstripes as original on lower bottom cover.
I own one of this, my grandfather brought it in 19s, this fan cost high electricity arount 150 watt or so ,thats why switched to crompton 35 watt aura
Good
@@ElectroPlusSM till date only 4 times we have changed coil as it burned out , but till date it gives cool air and high speed
Nice restoration
Awesome restoration 👍😎

Excellent work bro 👍
Thanks bro 😍
Very nice restoration. I like the colours you used. I'm suprised you paint brushed the fan rather than using spray paint. I would think it would leave brush marks on the finish.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Same kaithan model I have also 2 nos running condition good restoration keep it up
Thanks
Ever time top fan at the period
Keep it up 👍👍
Nice Restoration
Thanks bro 🤩
@@ElectroPlusSM welcome bro🤝🤝
After becoming too hot my fan gave to repair, the problem short on circuit but they broke upper part bearing then both bearing changed after repair it shows only todays fan speed, but it was higly speed fan ever in my house so much perfirmance, the original bearing i got that was made in japan by nachi tm it shows no wear and tear quality of 90s products
It looks awesome after restoration 👌
Thanks a lot bro 🤩
I have 2000's Khaitan magnate brown colour and bearing bush but still the fan works with original capacitor and windings,i recently lubricated it.not repaired even once

This one was one of my favourite restoration and what is the model of the fan I used to watch this video

Both switched on in 1 go. How come? Did you connect two ceiling fans with one switch
No I just pressed 2 switches together at the same time....
@@ElectroPlusSM i thought it is parlel connection

Rewinded

Did you use this 1990 Khaitan fan from 1990 or bought recently for restoration
These are my relative's fan, & according to him he bought these both on 1990
@@ElectroPlusSM so this isn't your fan then
@@GamingDude2003 no
@@ElectroPlusSM now I'm understanding. The fan became completely shabby at the starting of your video is because it's been used from 1990 to 2021 31 years
@@GamingDude2003 exactly
Wow 2 khb
Yes
Aluminium HB. Not heavy one as prince
This is probably last lot of threaded rod khb
I see
FanCeiling falling fellplease 🥺
Bro ,my khaitan high breeze were capacitor gone weak when i remove the capacitor i confused that which wire was it
Red wire
Yellow wire
Blue wire
Which wire should I connect?
Looks like the Yellow is common
Check connecting cap wires to blue & red
Is blue is the auxiliary wire?
And red is the main wire?
