What is the best thing that we can give back to this world or this universe is right thinking
Budhaa has also said about eight fold path where he mentioned about 'right thinking' and right thinking needs good emotional health and good emotional health needs right thinking...so this is the cycle we have to maintain ...

Our brain is infinitely programmable. It has got hundred billion neurons that can wire together to create trillions of circuits. Through practice, the neurons that fire together, they wire together. That is why during the childhood period, when neural circuits are yet to be formed, learning is so easy, while in adults, with so many of habit pools and neural programs, learning through practice is a difficult task, though not impossible. So, for our spiritual practice, we need perseverance along side continuous and incessant practice.
