Someone has insulted or criticized you. How can you avoid negative emotions and maintain peace of mind in this situation (1. cultivate empathy; 2. practice presence of God; 3. practice humbleness)? Reply with your comments.

I would bring the right knowledge into the mind. As Swamiji related in his lectures, this is the world of Maya, full of dualities and no one is perfect. I would quickly move on and not let circumstances or other's reaction rule my emotions, this applies to both praises or criticisms.

When we get down and absolutely everyone is doubting us and giving us no chance, our control of the mind is the main determinant for success. Our mind is what we make of it. We have a vision. We can develop our own energy and take control no matter what. Through that, we can develop ourselves as the hardest worker in the room with that desired-can do attitude who is never afraid, but willing to take on the most pressing challenges

We are the Soul, it's proved... Then our one and goal is to attain God. Then why not we pray to God for problems... Problems are the best way to detach the mind from this world and rather for anxiety, tension, frustration for it attach the mind to God!

Agree there is a lot of bad stuff going on. Inhuman atrocities and injustice in the world are created by humans though. And that is more the reason why we all (and even them) need Mind Management. If every child is taught this amazing wisdom and helped along to practice this while growing up, the world will become a better place in one generation! Till then some of the bad chaos created by humans(whose mind is definitely not managed and is crooked) will be one of those features of the world that are beyond our control!

That is because this is kaliyuga where Dharma is standing on one leg. And it has only just started and a long way to go. It is said as this age advances there will be no one in the world repeating God's name. Everyone will be selfish to the core and will not hesitate to do any action to further one's own self interest. At that time, God will descend as the next Avatar
