The pictured don't do it justice either. You get over there and realize that the waterfalls are everywhere and so powerful. You constantly hear the water and feel like you're in the Garden of Eden or a fairly land of some kind.

The nature really favors Norway. Norway is as beautiful as a poem. I love Norway. Thank to the people here who are aware of protecting the environment, keeping it clean and beautiful
Every season of the year must be more than stunning in a place like that. Imagine winter with a auroris borealis hovering and spanning the sky on frozen winter icicles and fractured crystal ice and a clear, sky filled with stars.
@mark totton Too many lights, though. It's best to go to the middle of nowhere to really see it in my opinion. It's always snowed when I've been in Tromsø, so maybe you're right, but my army camp was in the mountains up there. The entire sky was just weird, green stuff sometimes. The general problem it that you can only see it in clear weather, and clear weather = very cold. Look up - get cold air down your jacket - look down again.
What a beautiful paradise, takes your breath away. What a lovely planet we live on, may God bless it and its people. Thank you for shearing this, amazing😯🤗.
Sometimes coming from New Zealand it can be hard to find places that truly inspire you but this place looks absolutely stunning....one for the bucket list! Thanks for sharing
I hope I maybe will move back at my old days. But now I have it fine in the Philippines, and thinking about go to Azores Portugal with my Filipino wife, she want to work, and I can also work a bit, but I'm already pensioner at the age of 51. Maybe building houses in both, Philippines and Azores, and maybe sell and go to Norway in 20-25 years, but many holydays home to family in Norway. But to be honest, the Sognefjord with Nærøyfjord (UNESCO) have much more to offer when it comes to history, Sognefjord was the center for the Norwegian Vikings. But there are a lot more historian places and Glaciers at Sognefjord. And I am educated in history in Norway, and have lived many places in the north western Norway! th-cam.com/video/T48wuD_MePA/w-d-xo.html

The beauty is so unbelievable. last month, we hiked Pulpit, Trolltunga, Reinebringen in Reine and Hesten in Senja within 11 days of Sept We also saw the northern light at Medfjord of Senja (stay up till 1:30am, the best we watched happened around 1AM.) We drove from South to North, but it was rainy when we drove through Stryn, Geiranger and Andalsnes, will visit again!!!

I did this will my Filipina wife and our adult son. I don't think anything can compare and I've also been to Switzerland and Northern Italy. Murren and Lake Como are awesome. The Philippines is next.
@@mertsert8248 As far as I know the natives made a whole bunch of different deals with the Canadian government and they are getting paid handsomely for Canada to use their lands. Yes, they did sell a lot of their lands but nobody stole anything from them. The natives' lands were either sold or leased at the rate everyone in the world would love to get. The native people of Canada got an excellent, excellent deal for their lands. Please, be accurate and do not post unsubstantiated accusations.
@@marcelnowakowski945 Then try to offer an excellent deal for their lands to a powerful nation. You know the answer. Nobody with enough power would accept these kind of offers. Was taking away native kids from families with force and leave those kids to die and burying them to church backyards the part of the deal?

Do they get their goods flown in on a seaplane? Probably a boat. I can't imagine how expensive it would be to live in a place so remote, although it is very beautiful!
Interesting to compare this video and when I visited Geiranger in August '84. We spent two nights there and visited Trollstigen during our day there . The scenery was breath-taking and magnificent and the roads throughout were first rate. Sadly the weather was overcast for part of the time (especially on the day of departure) but nothing could detract from the scenery. Just the sight of the landscape on the day made the entire trip worthwhile.
It's just very weathery on the coast. Can't be avoided. Pretty much the only place with quiet weather in Norway is the eastern part that gets shielded by the mountains. But other than that you need luck as a tourist to see the sun much.
We had been there 20 years ago with Princess. It’s the most beautiful village with all kinds water falls. The tour guy was very nice and gentle. He was the driver and the tour guy. He’s very happy to see us regardless we gave him tip or not. When I asked him why you did this after you had retired, he told me that he loved to see us to come.

A wonderful country where all is clean and beautiful..The population is not much more than say just Berlin and not as many as other capitals So they don't waste land and create chaos as most do .Their oil they manage and they refused to do business with the usual oil giants So basically the country is self sufficient and not beholden to rather large countries that like control..Hence Norway is good for the people and the nature .Great video :) I love to visit there :)
Norway has amazingly beautiful nature, huge territory and only around 5mn people live there. So yeah, beautiful and not crowded.. only it is very expensive to travel and we need luck for the weather as well. Geiranger is a must see if you visit Norway

It's very rare that you really see it clearly that far south. If you're a boreal fetishist I recommend Lofoten. Much further north and just as scenic.
