How to remove the aircondition controller plug? It is really stuck for me. Will forcing it out break anything? Any tips are appreciated.

For me, the plug came out just as hard at 2:28, in the filming I cut the minutes in which I struggled to remove it. I used a flat head screwdriver to remove the plug.
