hello, i’m unable to use my internal car microphone, i’ve followed the directions but it still isn’t working. i have switch 1 set to the up position and switch 2 set to the down position, just like the directions said, but it’s not working.

hello please make sure the car has bluetooth music function, if not mean need to use extra mic. for rns510, most of them need to use extra mic

The Eos already has Bluetooth and a reverse camera. Are these steps needed?

if you have oem reverse camera then no need to install extra camera. the main functions of the module is carplay/aa/mirroring function, other functions is optional, you can add them to the module or not
