National Anthem Of Kosovo : Himni i Republikës së Kosovës

The Anthem of the Republic of Kosovo (Albanian: Himni i Republikës së Kosovës / Himna Republika Kosovo) is the national anthem of Kosovo. It was composed by Mendi Mengjiqi. As with the national anthems of Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and San Marino, it has no official lyrics, but de facto lyrics are in use. It was adopted on 11 June 2008. It was chosen because it contained no references to any specific ethnic group. It was selected by the Assembly of Kosovo, with 72 MPs voting in favor, while 15 voted against, and five abstained.
Himni i Republikës së Kosovës (shqip: Himni i Republikës së Kosovës / Himna Republika Kosova) është himni kombëtar i Kosovës. Është kompozuar nga Mendi Mengjiqi. Ashtu si me himnet kombëtare të Spanjës, Bosnjë-Hercegovinës dhe San Marinos, ai nuk ka tekste zyrtare, por tekstet de facto janë në përdorim. Ai u miratua më 11 qershor 2008. Ai u zgjodh sepse nuk përmbante referenca për ndonjë grup të caktuar etnik. Ajo u zgjodh nga Kuvendi i Kosovës, me 72 deputetë që votuan pro, 15 votuan kundër dhe pesë abstenuan.
