- In this video I have the camper 90% complete for us where we are able to use it camping. This remodel has been from the frame up on a Coleman Niagara pop up camper. This camper had a lot of water damage so all particle board was replaced with water sealed wood.
I know everyone has their own preferences for their own campers,,,,, this was mine for what fit our family the best. To each their own and good luck!!!!
We have took on about 4 camping trips so far and everything has worked well and held up. The camper pulls great and is an easy set up.
I know a-lot is in this video and hopefully I can go back through and break things down in other videos of how I done them. I was in a rush to have it finished for a trip.
I am not a professional by no means and everyone has to make their own decisions and do their own thing on theirs.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!!
Thank you.. I appreciate it. A lot of work but really worth it 😉
You did a phenomenal job!!!
How thick is the click-lock flooring? Any problems closing the slide out? Getting ready to do new flooring in a 99 Niagara.
I just used what I could afford. It’s just the cheapest I could get from Lowe’s. (But I actually liked the color better anyhow). Just standard thickness.
When you take your slide out out (I think I have a video of that) you’ll see that you can raise or lower it from the rolling bases. It actually never touches the floor so I was good there. The only thing you may have to modify is the board or cover that goes across the slide out that covers the underneath. (If you even have to do that).
I didn’t put the flooring all of the way under the slide out either that way it didn’t raise the height. Once you put your trim on it will cover the edges.
Kinda hard to explain but will make more sense once you begin on it.
@@Just_Makin_It thanks. Others have told me I had to go for the really thin stuff.
