You need to have jacks that the entire trailer is off those axles while you prospect. That’s a lot of vibration and weight.. Also might consider diamond playing or something across the deck. Even your test exposes the flaws that are going to quickly become an issue. Water on the wood deck and I seen how much spillage you had feeding the hopper. That’s going to build up weight on the deck too
Daves last plant had grizzlies that dumped half of the pay dirt on the ground. Something tells me that this design wont be much better. But then again this is a scripted reality show that does not really have that much to do with prospecting gold. Oh and please somebody teach Dave how to use a tape measure before starting another project.

Out weighed the trailer capacity for weight requirements. Each state has regulations in place for weight and trailer size for trailers being driven on state highways and freeways. The trailer in my opinion doesn't match what is being hauled on it nor in my opinion structurally sound for the amount of weight GOOD LUCK WIT THAT DAVE.
