- Who wins when the Feral Predator from Prey goes up against the Wolf Predator from AVP Requiem?
Will we have a repeat of the last time Feral fought a Wolf?
In the Red corner we have Feral
The Yautja from the movie Prey. He hunted Naru and the other Comanches as well as a Snake, Wolf, and even a Bear.
He is from a new species of Yautja, different from the Classics and Super Predators, with a rougher and more savage aura about him.
This until now unseen Yautja-type is a little less intelligent than others, but has a tough, rugged build, and took an insane amount of damage before being defeated, including being impaled through the torso, and shot in the back of the head.
He has a special Biomask unlike any other, crafted from the Skull of some sort of animal, it is speculated that it may be from a RiverGhost like in Predators.
Ferals weapons consist of Wristblades, a BoltGun, CombiStick, Razor Net, Wrist Shield, Cut-clamps, and Bombs.
Strengths:
The Feral Predator has thick, durable skin; and showed great physical strength, even by Yautja Standards, he also carried multiple weapons. Due to not wearing armour his movements are unrestricted.
Weaknesses:
Despite being able to take heavy amounts of damage, he has no armour for that added protection, his weapons are older and less advanced; he is also slightly less intelligent, and isn’t as stealthy as other Predators.
And in the Blue corner we have Wolf
From the movie Aliens vs Predator Requiem - Wolf is an Elite Predator, and member of the isolated clan who specialised in clean-up missions.
He alone was tasked with eradicating a Xenomorph infestation after a Scout Ship crashed due to a PredAlien that stowed away on-board.
He is a Classic Predator, and a battle-scarred veteran of the Yautja; being Elite in rank, he is among the most highly skilled and experienced of his clan, and could defeat even a Xenomorph Warrior with relative ease.
He wears light armour, offering a balance of manoeuvrability and protection. He is equipped with an advanced Biomask fitted with multiple vision modes, and can track different species from a sample of DNA.
Wolf’s weapons include WristBlades, Dual Plasmacasters, Smart Discs, Combistick, Razor Whip, Power Punch Glove, Dissolving Liquid, and Laser Mines.
Strengths:
Wolf is arguably the most deadly single Predator ever seen on screen, defeating what must have been over a dozen Xenomorphs, and fought the PredAlien, ending in a draw.
He displays incredible strength, and is intelligent and resourceful, utilising and even modifying his equipment to best fit the situation.
His light body armour grants him some protection, without restricting his manoeuvrability.
And lastly, he is equipped with a multitude of advanced weapons.
Weaknesses:
Like his opponent here, Wolf didn’t seem as stealthy as others of his kind, and was careless at times.
Last episode, we saw Feral take on and defeat Scar, but unbeknownst to the victor, just before he finished off his opponent, the YoungBlood sent out a distress call which was picked up by Wolf; the transmission shows his young clanmate was in battle with a Feral Predator which looks to have killed him.
The Elite Yautja gathers his equipment and sets course for the YoungBloods last known coordinates. The victorious Feral Predator takes the time to heal his wounds he sustained and retrieves his expended weapons, then continues his hunt where he left off.
Sometime later, Wolf’s ship reaches its destination, and he descends to the planet’s surface via Drop-pod.
After a short search he comes across the deceased Scar’s body - minus the head and spinal column; he begins to track the killer’s trail.
Wolf finds himself inside a cave system, and sees what he’s been looking for, and it’s what he thought it was from the message, a Feral Yautja, and a mean-looking one at that. It’s currently distracted preparing a trophy; A Yautja skull, the one from the dead Youngblood. It's not looked upon too favourably to kill a Youngblood whilst on their proving hunt, especially as this clan has exclusive hunting rights for this planet. Wolf is honour-bound to defeat this poacher.
Wolf sneaks around and plants laser mines covering every escape-route, in case this Feral tries to flee.
He then announces his presence, the loud roar echoing through the caverns.
Feral begins searching for who made the noise, and comes face to face with the Elite, Wolf activates the laser mines, and seals the two in a small section of cave; “nowhere to run”, thinks Wolf to himself. Feral grabs his BoltGun and aims at Wolf, but Wolf cracks his whip and it wraps round Feral’s ankle, he pulls back
and it knocks Feral off his feet, sending the BoltGun flying out of his hand.

As much as I love these matchups, this one was an absolute wash. Wolf can take out any other live action Predator pretty easily, it would be a better match having two or three of them teamed up against him.

Wolf wasn't "stealthy" because he wanted to draw out the Xenomorphs and Pred-Alien. I'm sure, considering his extensive skill-set and experience, he could easily blend in with his environment just the same as his brethren.
Exactly. He was sent in to clean up a mess created when a ship crashed on Earth. Stealth wasn't exactly the name of the game. Considering he has wiped out an entire Xenomorph hive I would wager he can be stealthy if he wants/needs to be.
Wolf is too experienced for that Feral.
I've always said Wolf is AVPR's only saving grace! I love this predator i do wish someone would do another and better " more budget " movie or at least do a dark novel with him in it..🤘
The effects for the Predalien were awesome too. If only you could actually see anything, and if the human cast weren't insufferable.
@@sansthedrummer well they did do a digital remastering in the Blu-ray and newer dvd release of the movie. Admittedly it did make the movie better and easier to see. But it also made it easier to see the budget cuts in the film from AVP. As for the predalien great concept which i did like but again with the remastering you can see where the cut budget costs in the costume and effects...🤷...I still liked the movie i just put it a step above some fan made films that i also like and if it was remade with a higher budget and at least one higher tiered human actor that could have coached the others in acting this movie would have been much higher on my list in my opinion. Probably in top three...✌
Oh yeah, Wolf ALL. DAY. LONG. How I wish he'd been around longer, in a much better movie. He was truly beast-mode; none of the humans in ANY of the films, had he faced them, could have bested him. None of the Yautja, either IMO.

I doubt Feral has ever even SEEN a Xenomorph, let alone KILLED one. Wolf, by comparison, is BEYOND a hardcore Xenomorph killer. This fight literally isn't even a CONTEST. Wolf wins, every single time.

Wolf Vs Feral? Well Wolf is a very experienced veteran. Feral is unblooded and did handle well against....well humans. Actually got downed by a bear as well. Seeing as he seems to underestimate everything in his hunting grounds.

Jungle also took out 2 entire teams of the most top of the line mercenaries... Feral took out some Indians and shitty fur trappers while also taking tons of damage the entire time lol.

That thing in Prey was ruthless, and clearly enjoyed his job....But, Wolf was a straight UNIT....having to fight both humans and a Xenomorph infestation, and clean up all traces of it....I mean, shit....It took a nuke to kill him....

I argue Wolf's only weakness would be carelessness. The situation he was in during the events of AVP:R meant stealth was a sparse option as the Yautja cloak doesn't hinder Xenomorphs' senses
Xenomorph can sense the any predator with or without cloaking in far distance. It also depends, as we've seen in avp requiem, while the alien was eating up the dead corpse, wolf sneak behind it stealthily and killed it.
He was far from careless, the odds were just stacked against him. In the end he completed his mission and destroyed the abomination.
@@zz7073 he was caught off guard by a random member from a search team, walked obliviously past multiple Xenos in the sewers, got caught off guard by Xenos and the Predalien multiple times, and he got injured and shot up a whole power plant trying to hunt one single Xeno.
Being better doesn't mean you never make mistakes. He's good but far from untouchable.

Dark Predator vs Wolf Predator
Dark predator are way superior than wolf. He beated the praetorian and predalien in game. Also, the ending, he's looking for more hunting towards xenomorph in their homeland.
As much as I like Wolf, Dark Mask takes this, it isn't even close, Dark Mask was able to accomplish what Wolf didn't, having around the same if not a higher Xenomorph kill count as well and killing a Preatorian as well as armed Marine force's

It's basically a more lopsided version of Feral vs the Jungle Hunter, only this time, Feral is face to face with a predator packing more heat than he is with even more experience than Jungle.
As for what Wolf probably roared when announcing himself to Feral, it's probably something to the tune of "You done goofed."

The problem Wolf is an Elite and Feral most likely a young-blood if not an un-blooded one...so a high skilled Elite Yautja vs a an not really experienced Young-blood...the feral would die... Wolf is a Cleaner...even the Predalien got the Head impaled by him...i was thinking if the nuke wouldn't hit the city... Wolf could have had survived...he was also impaled by the tail of the predalien but Wolf most likely would survived this injury too! So feral isn't a Opponent for him!

He does not react, He calculates when to use what.
He doesn't like credit nor attention.

The way I see it, He would have no reason to fight dutch no matter what. Thats just not how he works.
There's only three predators that I can think of that would be capable of dropping Wolf, and even then, it'd be a close fight.
The first is Dark from the 2010 game, who is an elite just like Wolf. He packs less weapons but is far less careless and much more sneaky, and where Wolf ultimately perishes along with the predalien, Dark yeets the one he's fighting off the top of Weyland's research facility just before hopping into the predator winnebago to go hunt more bugs.
The third is Dachande, who is just on a whole nother level entirely. He's a clan leader that takes no shit from anyone, including his clanmates, and is a legit one-man army. And he's able to be this agile while fully-armored in xenomorph hide!
The last one is the Prince from the second AVP game, who takes out dozens of humans and at least a hundred bugs in his pursuit of Rykov, and battles it out with him in the middle of a xenomorph hive. All of the things the previous two have killed, Prince has killed far more of, and was even able to break out of the lab he was in after the marine player inadvertently opens his pod. He's a walking armory on a scale rivaling wolf, with the skills to match.
Wolf would win this easily. He is experienced in hunting multiple xenomorph at the same time and is equiped with far more advanced weapons. He is smarter and better armored. Their is simoly no way the feral would win this. He hunted only smal fry so far.
What's interested Is that Feral turned into the predalien And wolf turned into Naru While Feral turned into his normal self
I heard from someone else that the feral pred was unblooded basically same rank as the 3 in avp the reason he lost was because he was a teen thst just wanted to kill he didn’t have skill like ä experienced hunter he was just a teen who wanted to have fun which is why he lost but can we also take into count that the older movies are older and technology is different movements back then was limited so feral looks like he’s MAD op when he’s not if they had this movement back then each pred would look like they elite unblooded warriors lol also the highest rank we’ve seen in the movies is wolf being an elite. he’s the most skilled movie predator in action pred 1 and 2 was blooded going on hunts avp was young bloods going to be blooded prey he was un blooded wolf is the top movie predator by that factor alone

Whoever plays the avp 2010 game knows Dark predator was better. Not only he accomplished the goals but completed his objective by killing the predalien and destroyed the temple.

Feral vs City Hunter should be a more fair fight
Nah. Feral was tricked into chopping his own arm off and was tricked into shooting himself in the head. The Ralph Wiggum of Predators doesn't stand a chance against City Hunter.
Wolf is special forces second only to the elder Greyback Predator 2. He also has 200 yrs more advanced weaponry. Feral was killing snakes and wolves working his way up the ladder. No way he even gives Wolf a sweat. Wolf vs Ultimate predator would be a better match up
