Sounds beautiful, such a tubey sound! But does it cost 500 dollars and have a two year waiting list? And does John Mayer even play it? If not then yuck! It sounds horrible/dull/lifeless/transistory!!!

Do you know what's ABSOLUTELY the finest, PROVEN Giant Step for Mankind? Guitar-man-kind...(?) Man, I started using wood CORDS, man. AYE-inspring! You just find yourself a nice little tree, pick tao some sapling-sized peeces, you kinda wanna romeve the side branchess but carefully, so it doeesn''t leak TONE. (little tourniquets, like.) But you CAN also use the side branches as spliiter cord.
One small snitz for mankind One giant "peep" for (PH?) hamhock.
This is another one of them "subtle" tone things. I tried it on that "Moany SubWay Bloots" and it was So-oo delicate I couldn't hear nothing, but whey-we cranked up the Vee's on some T-Cheep Twicks songs (Yo homie) and my bandmates said it was my bestie-tone ever and I should them all the time. They said it was WAY SO loud over on their side (postage-stamp - LOL!) that I could only crank my amp up to "2". But you know man trees are just people too! It;s best to just get the branches that fell off excet they don't work - not sappy eoungh anymore. I couldn't hear shit, but like Ididn't exactly fall in the forest, ya know! (LOLOL!) How would YOU like it if somebody cut off arm you and crammed it up your ass and wiggled it arounf (PH?) and you go all:

  • @shannondwhite

I'm ordering one of these pedals today! Got to have it. I could really tell the difference that you told me I could hear.
Just like you were saying, it's effect is like my BBE with the low and high turned all the way down and the bypass engaged. Its that extra little something you can't quite define, but succeeds in separating you from the fundamental tedium of standard tones. Its hard to find the words to explain it, but its like when you code using a database abstraction layer, but then choose (yes choose to, not forced to) to access the database directly. There's a freedom in that type of action that is expressed in the signal processing of this pedal. I must say that the way they combined the magnetic resonance of the competing fields really brings out the non-audible part of the spectrum in a way that is indicative of the post-modern art movement.

They say some of the best pedals are not just the ones you can hear the difference when they're on, but more importantly, the ones you can FEEL when they're on. It's difficult to capture subtle tone differences on a video, let alone how it feels under your fingers. But this pedal is so incredible, you can not only hear the difference in the tone of the drive, but the feel seemed to magically come through on the video! Brian Wampler and The Captain NAILED IT with this masterpiece! I can definitely hear and feel it. If you can't, you should play drums.

It HAS to be because it's a joke and they wanted to perhaps show their hand to those who got that it was a joke right away (or, like me, after a couple of minutes)

We at Boutique Amps Distribution worked tirelessly (well...no, actually, we were tired) with Brian to make sure that the light turned on...and the pass through was clean and transparent, as to NOT interfere with the subtleties you think you're hearing. And we chose a process of printing what Jason Designed on to the pedal in a way that you can actual hear...you gotta listen closely, but it's there.

Thanks so much for this, it was truly enlightening! I'll bet that you could put this anywhere in the signal chain (or outside it) to equal effect. I'm tempted to buy two of these, but I fear that one might negate the effects of the other. Perhaps you can address this in your next video? Perhaps if I set one to Something and the other to Else, it might work. Could be a great topic for research!
