I believe the main difference is that Pak board and Pak ppl don’t show faith in their players, you have to make a team and give them enough chances for a few years before reaching to a conclusion. I liked several Pak players but they were either not given enough chances or became a victim of politics either in the team or board. Pak ppl also react really quickly when their team loses and that also includes your so called journalists/ex-players, this probably puts a lot of pressure on the board and then board reacts illogically. We rarely see that with Indian board and supporters, and board, team and supporters show complete faith in the players that get selected and give them ample chances, that’s my observation. Anyway, very good work, please keep it up 😊
