    My breakfast staple is stovetop 40g oatmeal( not a fan of microwaving it ),40g raisin, 1 med banana. Now for the protein I do do either 1scoop vanilla protein with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or 4 eggs with diced onion and diced ham.
    771cal, 94c, 26f, 41p with the egg combo
    546cal, 87c, 9f, 34p with protein shake combo

    Love the content, always interested in macro information, I also love my rice cake peanut butter and chocolate chips before bed snack 😋. I'm currently sick with a cold, taking care of my sick kiddos and not working out obviously. I'm really curious what you do as an athlete when you get sick? I have not seen anyone really discuss this, do you guys just not get sick like super heros or what lol? Thanks. Keep up the great work!

    Kristi, I love this video. I have been following your channel for a while and I know you have increased your calorie intake significantly. Because of you I have tried to increase my calorie intake and feel better because of it. BUT, I still struggle with eating more....for example, sometimes I have 500 calories left at the end of the day and I am tempted to not eat them because I feel like I ready "ate too much". I know I'm crazy, but how do you get over that feeling?? Thanks for all your great content! Can't wait to see you crush it at the games!

    I would love to see a sample day for someone who needs to eat similar macros but as a student needs meals on the go not ones you have to cook all the time? Would you be happy to do this?

    Can you do a video on protein timing and digestion? I know I need to up my protein but not sure how to time the intake. For example, I heard you can eat larger portions of red meat because it can take up to 72-hours to digest while eggs, chicken and fish are much faster digesting.

    So what is the average amount time you put into resistance training and cardio on a regular basis? I’ve always wondered if I should up my carb intake but always worries I’m just overeating glycogen.

      currently my volume is high for both as i will be competing next weekend and it averages about 3 hours a day!

    So would your calories on a non-rest day be higher or lower or the same as your rest day? Just curious

    How do you calculate your cal intake if you have a 8 hour day job? If its labour intensive how do you calculate?
    Then you have training after work, 90 minutes. That's my routine, I would really like to know how you would do that.
    If your are elite, you have the whole day. If you amateur these vids doesn't help at all

    Do you ever have issues with insulin resistance? Any time I take my carbs up over 220g I have problems

      I don't, but my training volume is also very high at the moment and these numbers will back down durning off season when my volume drops as well.

    Do you worry about inflammation issues when you eat things like nightshades or peppers? I would figure things like this would cause issues with performance
