If you put Borax, or Alum in water, and soak paper, it will make the paper fire retardant when dry.

of course you can but keep in mind that newspaper is heavier than kite paper so it may not fly well .. but still best of luck :)

और सबसे बड़ी बात यह हँ की सिर्फ एक साल में कुछ लोग बैंकॉक की सैर पर भी गए हँ बिलकुल फ्री 1 पैसा भी उन्होंने नही दिया सब चैम्पकैश ने दिया हँ । अब बताओ हँ कोई और कंपनी जो 100% फ्री में लोगो लो कमाने का धंदा दे रही हँ । और सोने पे सुहागा तो champcoin ने कर दिया जो की india की पहली crypto (digital) currency बन गई हँ । और सिर्फ 1 महीने मे ही 35 पैसे से बढ़ कर 20₹ पहुच गई हँ और साथ मे 18% का return भी दे रही हँ जो bitcoin ओर banking सेवाओं ने कभी नही किया । champcoin ने सभी को लखपति बना दिया सिर्फ 1 महीने मे ।

you can try it out but keep in mind that news paper is heavier than kite paper and thus i can not guarantee if it will will fly .. best of luck

I take great offense to this. Where do you think the debris is going to end up when the lanterns land? We are not to release balloons and this is just as bad. This is disgusting and irresponsible! Dangerous to our wildlife especially, and so bad for the environment. It is littering to the extreme.
