The first time I heard your version was a small snippet on TikTok, moments after I found out my uncle (who raised me thru my teenage years) had passed away. One of my favorite memories was being in the car with him driving and this song was playing.

My mom died almost 4 years ago to cancer and this was the last song I ever sang to her before she passed. This song will forever be special to me for that reason. I even sang this to her after she passed over her body. The most heartbreaking thing I ever did but she loved when I sang to her so I would sing to her when I could. This song means so much to me so thank you for covering it
You'll see her again when it's your time... Keep living in this realm, and do good as she would want you to do... Keep your head up, you are not alone.... She is with you in a way, you cannot understand yet
