Our oldest active weightlifting member is 84 years old. He started in the age of 17 wich was in the time when they also did the press in comp. 👌🏻

Here I thought for a second, oh cool Clarence and Gabriel are hanging out again, we're in for some lit videos. But this late upload is so comically Clarence that I approve.

Love these talks with Gabriel. Helps a lot to have someone pick his brain because he has so much experience that might not transfer from just regular content.

@ 07:33 It has helped Martins, he said if he didnt have some jerking background he would have had a lot more trouble keeping up with overhead events, like log.

Oleksiy Novikov did some flintstone press event where he did 246kg and he basically split jerked it and got 1st.

Thoughts on the romanian women excelling in weightlifting now? Mihaela Cambei is on gear, right?
She can squat almost as much as me and I'm 90 kgs, male. She's 48 kgs woman. No way that's clean.

After years of resistance, I started sumo/ frog / Inaba style deadlifting in the last two-three weeks. I love it, it suits my body perfectly and I'm almost up close to my conventional maxes, in just14 days. I'm aware this now means that I am a blue pilled, low T, globalist, plant based cuckold, but I don't care.
