Hi Brodie, I'm sure you would benefit from the purchase of a drill press. I bought one about 20 years ago and it's the handiest thing in the shop. Keep up the good videos.

@@2wheelworkshop yes I know that feeling. My workspace is a single car garage but it will never see a car in it lol.
My xs ran like crap so I made a single manifold and fitted a SU carb. It sounds good but we are in full lockdown and winter so no trying it out. Richie .

bit of bad luck on the engine but it will be better after you go through it.
Also I love the safety rope on the center stand.
makes sense to do when your shaking everything lifting the engine out

yeah @@2wheelworkshop the center stand would make it handy for services.
maybe you could make a low height dirt bike stand to save bolting the center stand on and off.

yeah good point but how often do you plan on taking the engine out?

Fair enough. I also feel the shed pain.

Bet you found those wheels funny at the start! Nice stand. Hope you have space for the lower case to drop down as I think you have used the engine mounts from the top case

Dude how heavy is the engine? I was thinking about using some straps to help pull it out but you seemed to man handle it pretty easy! Good work
