    Do you count watching TH-cam as social media? That has been the hardest one for me to drop

      Also some of the benefits that I’ve seen have been more patience and larger attention span, more productive interests like reading or drawing or knitting or getting outdoors, more body awareness with less sickness and injury and less general feeling of being overwhelmed by daily tasks or work.

      That’s a tough question! I use TH-cam every day but focus on longer, more educational content rather than what some might call “brain rot.” I believe that watching TH-cam in moderation can be beneficial, as long as you’re mindful of what you’re consuming

      @@Idahobro Ok! Yah that makes sense. I think using more productively is definitely a progression and not a bad thing at all. I think sometimes my perfectionism can get in the way and because I don’t see it as the MOST productive thing. But i think being more mindful about what I watch and making sure not to get into brain rot or more drama focused content is definitely a good thing and a sign of growth for sure I just need to keep my eyes on the big picture and upward trajectory.
