at the begning you said about the 17hp twin witch model has that in it??
Joey Russell the 682 has the twin engine in it , the 680 is the same but just the 12 hp single instead

are those Carlisle super lug tires? and do they tear up the lawn much?
Those are deestones and I haven't noticed them to dig up the lawn unless your spinning or its muddy
What style of Weights are those on the front of that tractor what I mean by that is what brand are they I'd like to get a set
They are usually called suitcase weights.
Some people load the inside of the tires with either RV antifreeze or calcium.

The plow point is actually called a " shear " , NOT a shar , PERIOD !!!!!
