Can I use air fryer for moin moin with leaves

If you want to use moin- moin leaves which is 100% good and healthy, steam works best for it. You can check my video on how to make moi- moi with moi- moi leaves👇

You can either use a steamer or steaming pot or you simply put some water in a normal pot, line it with some moi moi leaves and with the stalk of the leaves to prevent the moi- moi wraps from been submerged in water.
But if you want to use an air fryer you can you can cut little pieces of the leaves and insert into your ramekins just to have a taste of the moi- moi leaf flavour, or better still if you must use an air fryer with moi moi leaves , you may consider pouring some water into the air fryer bucket, place the wrapped moi-moi on the perforated rack, then look for something like a deep stainless steel bowl as a lid to cover the moi- moi so that the leaves does not burn as a result of the direct heat emanating from the top. Do all of this with care🙏and check the manufacturer’s guide/ manual of your air fryer before use.
Disclaimer: I have not tried it before😀
Also, I think some air fryers have the steam function.
